PETS ALLOWED UPON APPROVAL (1 dog only). Please message breed&weight. NO CATS. The space: 1. Master bedroom —king size bed 2. Bedroom 2– California king size bed, and foldable twin 3. Bedroom 3– California king and a foldable twin. Air mattress is available as well 4. Bedroom 4–two queen beds 5. Bedroom 5–two twin beds, full size crib, pack&play available as well. Please note, this room has no door, but blackout curtains for privacy SURROUND SOUND! Four TVs! Living room TV has a cable and Roku . The other three TVs have a Roku/streaming, no cable (outside TV, master bedroom and a spare bedroom) POOL TABLE PING PONG TABLE 10in 1 game table MASSAGE STATION ( full body, eye massager, neck/shoulder, lumbar) 100% organic cotton 1000 thread count linens for the softest feel ! Backyard: HEATED POOL, SPA WITH THERAPY JETS ⭐️ POOL HEAT NO extra fees for heating . The heat is set to run from 9am-9pm and set to 85-90 F. Waterfall feature is not on during December-March months when the heat is on to prevent cooling of the water. Otherwise, the waterfall is on 6-9 pm. Pool heat is relative to outdoor temperature. When the temperature goes below 60 outdoor, the pool temperature might not reach desired temperature. ⭐️ SPA HEATING hours from 6-9 pm, but you can request any 3 hour slot from 10am-10:30 pm. Please request heating, otherwise it won’t be on to preserve propane. For extra spa hours, please inquire , additional fee may apply.
