"Booked the hotel for 1 day. The hotel is in a good area, we wanted to visit a few clubs so booked there. Some things should be improved such as the bathroom. It would have been great if the room was cleaned too. There was a little dust here and there. But it served us our purpose. Not a lot to complain about at this price"

"I stayed with my family for 2 nights, in suite room. It was a nice stay, comfortable room with a massage chair. Bath tub is not exactly a bath tub and they can work on some exhaust in bathroom else becomes very stuffy. Food was delicious and service was also great."

MMandeep’sI recently had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Hotel Chandigarh, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the lovely reception team, who made check-in a breeze. A special shout-out to Duty Manager Ramandeep Kaur and her incredible team of ladies at the reception—they were all fantastic at their jobs! Their warm smiles and professionalism set a positive tone for my stay.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a comfortable atmosphere. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, ensuring a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a busy day.
The service throughout my stay was exceptional. Ramandeep and her team were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their attention to detail truly made a difference.
Overall, I highly recommend Mercure Hotel Chandigarh for anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a top choice. Thank you, Ramandeep and team, for making my stay so memorable—I can’t wait to return!

GGuest UserThe property has maintained what one expects from TAJ hospitality. From check-in through check-out was an excellent experience. Service received from every staff member was very courteous, professional and personal. Food at the restaurants was very good, while the attention provided was exceptional.
My colleague from Singapore, who also accompanied me in this visit share the same opinion and was very impressed as well.

GGuest UserExcellent service and hospitality. Friendly staff and very helpful. The food was amazing, I especially recommend trying their Black Dal and Sarson ka saag.. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. But please be mindful of room selection while booking, a single bed room is very small which may disappoint you. I did mistake selecting one bedroom, however on my request the owner of the hotel upgraded my room to a complimentary double bed.

PPANCHALAbsolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The Sky Light Garden Bar/Restaurant food was the most amazing. Amazing, delicious meals, ambient atmosphere, good staff, good service. The hotel breakfast menu was okay. The bedrooms were good sizes, clean, smelled lovely. Felt like luxury.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is perfect. The room was clean and spacious. The ambience was good. The staff was courteous. The food was average. We had opted for Breakfast and Dinner buffet and the choices in dinner items were very limited and the taste was okayish. The breakfast was good. One thing though, there was no one attending at the time of dinner or breakfast. We had do everything ourselves, be it getting more water or more chapatis or more tea. We had leave our table in the middle of eating and get those things which is not expected from such hotel. Otherwise it was a good stay.

VVikas Kumar/Hotel location is very good. It's near 32 sector Government Hospital Chandigarh.
It's collaboration with OYO rooms, so he first denied to give me hotel but after that he give me room. Receptionist told me next time i book hotel with OYO otherwise he will not give me rooms.
Rooms are clean but AC remote is not working.
Toilet is Smelly.
Water bottle is not sealed i think they refill the Water.
Not very good experience just over all ok.
