The room is well cleaned and the parking facility is also available in the hotel and some issues the power cut off the split air conditioner three to four times hotel staff boys behavior is good.

Good location and very easily approachable from all areas and amazing rooms, equipped with all amenities and very impressive room service and staff is very nice and friendly. They helped us out of the way for many things.

I left hotel on 10th march while my booking was till 12 th march. Bcoz that hotel was not a place to stay. Issues were-
dirty sheets
dripping geyser
rooms were so small that there is no place left to enter from sides. No hot water from shower
broken window lock
fungus on the walls and in corridor walls
all rooms are in similar condition. The main owner was on vacation.

Pleasantly polite staff. Great food. Clean rooms. After a night staying in a smelly room somewhere in punjab, this hotel was a treat for us-we had a wonderful stay

It was a very delightful experience. The lady and her husband at the reception were very polite and helpful, i had a railway ticket reservation issue, which they tried to help out of the book. The cook would take your input about your taste and prepare the food accordingly.

From the location to inside the hotel, everything is unsatisfactory. The rooms are dingy and filled with the smell of dust, moisture, and even fungal spores. The walls are moldy, and the washrooms are as dirty as a bus stand. Despite filing a complaint about the misleading information, they still refused to refund my payment. I am extremely disappointed.
