Room is very dirty , rather complete hotel is dirty. Nowhere it is family hotel . staff is completely unprofessional .

Hotel is ok but not good, ac was not working properly as i need to switch on ceiling fan also but still not effective. Same thing told to hotel but they replied it is same in every room. I will not stay here again.

Very bad staff, made us wait for so long just to give room keys, rooms are in a bad state not at all maintained, too much for cost, worse than any other hotel in chandigarh, must have been below 1000k

Bathrooms were dirty. Bed sheet was torn. Room was smelly. The balcony was not clean. Overall experience was very bad.

Allotted room was very terrible and very dirty. Ac was not working and room is wastage of money. But after requesting with staff, they changed the room which was better but very low ac cooling.

The hotel boys are very prompt and punctual at their service. They were available for service early morning during check out as well. Overall nice stay!
