So far good location. BUT not much choice on food hope can improve the food menu

This is one of the prime property in Chandigarh. Strategically located, good ambience, good food, very hygienic and fun to stay. The hospitality is superb. The restaurant is cosy with live kitchen. For business class I recommend Novatel.

Stayed in Novotel for a night .my room was quiet and comfy.bathroom was clean.So are the bedsheets. I had my dinner in the restaurant.Food was ok. Staff was really courteous,professional and accommodating.Priya let me check in a bit earlier. I had a wonderful experience staying in Novotel.Thank you very much everyone.kind regards,Kkhush

Staying in Novotel chandigarh was really amazing.....While it was my first visit to chandigarh it was really wonderful.... The service provided by the entire Novotel team was great.... Stayed here in June 2024 with family. As the title suggests, there was just nothing great about the hotel, or anything bad…it was just squarely in the “meh” zone. Checkin was good and quick. Room is small, definitely not great for 3 people or an extra bed. Bathroom is small as well. Some staff had no idea where the hotel bar was, and when I did find the bar they didn’t have any friendly vibes…I just wanted to watch the India cricket game. Next, the staff all refused to tell me where I could go nearby to watch the game…thankfully I can use Google and found a nearby mall to visit which had MANY different options. Overall, it’s not bad, but not great. I would give it a miss.
