Housekeeping staffs are very efficient especially ms khushboo. Very attentive and service oriented. Hotel location is quiet and peaceful. Overall nice experience. Thank you for your hospitality and goodness

Not happy with the kitchen staff but the room cleaning part is well handled by the staff Paramsheela. Booked on MAP - but as per menu they mentioned, either you will get starters or main course. I mean poor logic and illogical menu creation. After an argument they agreed though

Dear Team, House keeping guy Sanjay Dubey is very supportive and kept the room all clean with all things in order. Great to have supportive staff in the hotel especially the housekeeping who does the work when called. Nice person with great work.

One my worst experiences with Fern Residency Chandigarh. 1. Terrible room size & dirty 2. Bathrooms are very small 3. Floor look like it was never cleaned (like ever) 4. Outside food are not allowed 5. Staff don’t know how to respond to a situation. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to book this hotel even as a last resort. TOTALLY NOT WORTH MONEY!!!

To say that the experience was disappointing would be an understatement. I had booked a suite — the most expensive category — expecting a comfortable and premium stay. Unfortunately, I ended up facing what can only be described as a nightmare. The room had a severe leakage and seepage issue, and by morning, the entire floor was covered in water. It felt less like a hotel room and more like a water park. When I raised the issue with the staff, their response was shockingly unprofessional. I was told, "Baarish to hoti he sir, isliye aaya he." This kind of attitude and complete lack of accountability is simply unacceptable — especially from a reputed brand like Fern. There was no urgency, no apology, and no resolution offered. The staff was completely unresponsive, and I was left to manage in those conditions without any meaningful support. Frankly, there was no point in booking such an expensive room if this is the level of quality and service being offered.
