Hotel is clean, rooms are good size and well-maintained. The reception, dinning and room service staff are supportive, decent, polite, humble and co-operative. Food quality is very good, hygiene is maintained and the room service is also very nice. Dinner spread is exceptionally good, with wide choice of items. Only issue is the hotel doesnt have lift/elevator facility and it is located on 1st and 2nd floor with huge steps to climb.

Average stay, all rooms are top floor, no lift to reach there only way through staircase. Rooms are neat and clean

Rooms not upto the mark. Its not same as shown in the pictures. Not much clean. Poor ventilation. We ordered some food and found hair in it which was replaced by the staff upon complaint. I will not prefer to visit and stay here again.

Located just near sukhna lake rock garden bird park, room was spacious and had all amenities as shown in the pictures, staff was well behaved room service was quick and excellent

Hotel is at easily reachable location and center of city. Hotel and rooms are beautiful and well managed. I enjoyed my stay.

No lift, 50 around stairs have so more difficulty. Breakfast menu very very less. If you have own vichcle or cab book then you have to give every time parking money extra beacuse this location is inside parking.

Hotel is easy to locate and parking is available. Also our stay was comfortable with clean room and friendly staff. We had breakfast over there which was good in taste.
