This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They have no service standards, the staff is untrained, room service is extremely delayed, and the location is inconvenient. The basement parking is practically useless, with space for only two cars, and the lift does not provide access to the basement. Apart from the poor location, the rooms are smelly, and while they have TVs, they are non-functional. The washrooms lack basic amenities like towels and soap. If you need assistance from the service staff, be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes or call 4-5 times just for something as basic as a towel. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
