Very accommodating and friendly staff who made a Dads & Daughter ski trip very enjoyable. Kids loved the cakes and biscuits after skiing and a later dip in the pool. Breakfasts were great, with everything needed to keep the party happy in the morning. Stayed in the loft room accommodating 6 of us which was comfortable with great views and a great base to explore the area. Special thanks to Maga, for her prompt communications and warm welcome during the trip. The place is run well with a relaxed but organised style- just what we needed. Thanks again.

We had a lovely room, with a large living space and bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was a bit small and not much space to move, but was functional. Overall the room was great. Hotel has a great pool and sauna area which was very welcome after a days skiing. Overall great hotel and only 5 mins walk from the cable car, where you can store your skiis and boots. A few more smiles and remembering that the customer is always right, and it would get a 5 rating.

We stayed over New Year and could not have been more impressed. There are so many positives 1 Monterosa - a beautiful village with great ski-ing and a good snow record. 2 Apartments in a great position - ten minutes walk from the cable but you can leave your skis and boots by the cable for free at the hire shop. 3 Breakfast is to die for - gorgeous bread, cake and cold meat, quality coffee and unlimited freshly squeezed orange juice. 4 Staff are lovely and super helpful - ignore nonsense on here that they are unfriendly. 5 Great apres ski tea and cakes 6 Fab sauna and pool which is a great place to unwind after skiing. 7 Rooms spacious for a ski resort and well equipped kitchen if you want to eat in. Book this place and resort - they are great

What I will remember about this hotel is the delicious smell of freshly baked cakes that you can smell all day! Just for breakfast it is worth staying here! 🔝 Very central location, with all the services available; very clean and friendly staff. The hot pool with hydromassage and sauna is also very nice! However, the parking is only for very skilled drivers, both the entrance to the street and the parking space are narrow. Recommended.

Splendida accoglienza. Appartamenti confortevoli e con spazi ben organizzati. Nonostante la mancanza del microonde, grazie alle piastre ad induzione e qualche trucchetto trovato online non ne abbiamo sofferto. Colazione meravigliosa e molto attenti alle intolleranze: io non posso mangiare l’uovo ed è il primo posto dove ho trovato torte fatte in casa vegane (di solito devo optare per le brioches confezionate della Misura o accontentarmi di pane tostato o fette biscottate anch’esse confezionate).. a proposito di cose fatte in casa, fanno loro anche le fette biscottate!!! Abbiamo trovato la struttura un po’ per caso, cercando online un posto che potesse rispondere alle nostre particolari esigenze con un bimbo in pieno svezzamento e un 6enne pieno di energie, ma non ci aspettavamo di stare così bene! Da quando viaggiamo con i bambini, prima uno e adesso due, è stato il soggiorno più confortevole e senza stress! Speriamo di poter tornare presto!
