Breakfast was great. And the room was quite pretty - though could have done without the patch of weeds masquerading as a garden just outside the window It was unprofessional of the hotel not to mention that even guests needed to reserve a dinner table in the main restaurant... so that we were relegated to the bistro The car park is just too far away - about half a mile. And, come to think of it, the receptionist might have suggested that we unload our luggage before parking. It's an uncomfortably long walk in the rain!

Very pleasant old style hotel with all modern comforts and and excellent staff. Rooms are small but very cozy, with complimentary tea/coffee and very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom is very nice with a large comfortable shower, bath foam and shampoo, hair dryer. There is a safe and fast wifi. Breakfast is excellent with a large choice. The restaurant is high standard too, with a small menu but of great quality. The hotel in in the town centre, with a lot of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

We stayed here for a ski vacation. In addition to the convenience and comfort, the hotel has beautiful interior design and many artistic elements. The food and cocktails were delicious. Highly recommended!!

What an excellent hotel. The staff and owners are just fantastic. You couldn’t have a more welcoming, friendly bunch! The food is excellent and many restaurants to choose from. They have bent over backwards to make our stay perfect. We will definitely come back!

Really lovely hotel, short walk to the ski lifts and nice cosy space to relax. We loved the outdoor hot tub post-skiing. The breakfast is nice with lots of options. Friendly staff and they were really helpful helping us get organised and book restaurants and ski hire

Amazing hotel with great staff who went out of their way to help us and make our stay seamless multiple times. Breakfast (which was included) was fantastic, and so were the outdoor and indoor hot tubs.

The room I got was tiny compared to friends next door. No table or chair. Paid the same price. Did not get late check out, my friends did. This was supposed to be a spa hotel, but there was no body lotion, no bathropes or slippers included in the price. Also the half board 4 course dinner menu was tasteless. No heating for the skiboots, we were advised to store our boots in a rental shop for 18 e extra cost. Rooms heating did not really work. To sum up, place that looks nice but does not take the effort to make the difference. Unequal service. Lack of the essentials should be told in internet pages of the hotel in advance for proper packing.

Champoluc turned out to be the quietest ski resort I've been to, but the hotel is very traditional in style with charming public areas and rooms. We had one standard room and one superior and it was worth the money for the extra space and a bath. Breakfast was good. The last day left a sour taste in the mouth when I requested a late check out and was told I would have to pay despite already having spent over 2000 Euros on rooms (it's not cheap!). The manager took an aggressive position saying not to pay is like expecting to be given a free bag of salt at a supermarket!. He seemed keen on an argument which seemed very wrong in a hospitality environment. Fortunately the rest of the team were much more hospitable.
