The room door that does not open without manipulation No electrical outlet near the bed No towels 😲😲😲 No toilet paper 🤐 No soap No storage for your belongings The toilets and showers are in the hallway The shower curtains are filthy!! Think about your flip-flops to avoid infections Shower curtains lying around in the hallways People trying to enter your room during the night (3 times in one night. To err is human but still) The worst hotel I have ever seen!!! No respect for customers Run away!!!! Small positive note: -The cafeteria area is pleasant and the products are affordable. - 300m from Burger King (it is excellent and the team is friendly)

Terrible customer relations... Room reserved for a friend for an arrival scheduled for 3am but professional requirements made her 3 hours late. Upon arrival at 6:30am the person present at reception refused her access to the room although it was available until 12pm telling her that she should have warned of the delay while the hotel website warns that the reception is closed from 9pm to 6:30am but does not warn that in the event of arrival after 6am the room will no longer be available, nor the towel although paid for. The only solution offered: pay for another night to sleep 3 hours max... After 12 hours of work and 4 hours of driving, my friend preferred to take the train directly to go home without sleeping. Having worked 12 years in **, *** and ***** hotels I have never seen such practices... A disgrace...

The photos are absolutely not representative. The hotel is dilapidated, dirty, there are showers in the photos. They are in the corridors with shameful cleanliness. It looks more like a squat.

I highly recommend this hotel, pleasant family welcome, the staff is very friendly, clean, quiet hotel, breakfast is good for the price, I will come back with pleasure, we had a very warm welcome, also sublime (the dog)

Very pleasantly surprised. Following a breakdown I had to sleep in this hotel, and for a low budget hotel everything was very good. Warm welcome, very clean room and nice bed, as well as the common areas. It's a pleasure!

A fuir papiers de bonbons et miettes dans le lit mezzanine, sol très salé pas aspiré, odeur de tabac dans la chambre et draps sales. Salle de bain je n'ai pas les mots même sur une aire d'autoroute les SDB et wc sont beaucoup plus propres c'est pour dire! Acceuil très désagréable. Pour 39€ bien entendu je ne m'attendais pas à un palace mais la propreté de l'établissement est le minimum a attendre lorsqu on va à l hôtel!!!!
