Disappointing experience. We booked this hotel for a one night stay with our 3 children before flying home. We booked specifically for the pool and it appeared to be close to a park and some restaurants. When we arrived we realized the area is run down, the park is small with no playground and there are almost no restaurants in close proximity.we were forced to war both meals at the overpriced restaurant (I will say the food was decent and the service was very good). The most disappointing was that the pol ended up being closed (it's august) and there were no apologies made for the inconvenience. I would not recommend. I wish we'd stayed in the city center near the train station. Disappointing finish to our trip.

Very nice Hotel in a central place, but yet far from the hectic. Train and bus stop in walking distance. Very nice room, spacious, clean and comfy. Bathroom with shower and usual bathroom amenities. The Restaurant for Breakfast is nice, and the selection OK. For Dinner we invited friends over, and the waiter was fantastic. Spoke English, sadly the menu was only in French, but our friends helped out and we had a great time. My favorite waiter was the Bar waiter. He was funny and very attentive. He made great drinks and ensured I had a good local brew. We came with a 5 year old child and he spoiled her with sweets and tried everything to find a drink for her. We played Billiard in the Lobby and it was fun. When we come back to France and the Paris region, we will return to this Hotel. Really enjoyed it.

Hotel with many contradictions. Well-kept entrance and reception area with the possibility of entertaining with games. As soon as you go up to the floors and enter the rooms, it doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel. Throughout the evening (and it was also there in the morning) I found a tray with a dirty plate and leftover food in the corridor, without anyone going to get it. Room with many defects. Under the shower surface, there was an exposed hole where wires could be seen. Chipped door handles. Broken shower facilities: missing and rusty buttons. But comfortable bed. Very good breakfast however. Excessive price per night.

Very neat hotel for transit to the south. Breakfast and service very good. Swimming pool was also very nice just weird that you can dry off neatly without having your feet under the sand and earth. The parking was also good but still find it strange that you have to pay for it

We appreciated everything: the welcome, the pool services, bar, lobby,.... The room is classic but clean and correct for a Novotel. The staff is really welcoming. In short, if we need we will come back with pleasure. I was even able to plug in my vehicle even if the outside box is not great. We did not benefit from the restaurant but we suppose up to it as well. The breakfast is good with local products and free-range eggs. In short to sum up good hotel. The location is not great if you want to go to Paris but if you want to benefit from a little calm, finally why not knowing that the RER is not so far and that we have services that you don't find in Novotels in Paris.
