It started marvelous, it's a very cute location and we found that everyone was really nice and helpful. The Spa area is gorgeous but small. I ordered a vegan dinner for me and vegeterian for my boyfriend for the 2 night we stayed. The first night was delicious, we were hungry and I had something fresh and vegan, during the night my stomach turned around and I couldn't sleep anymore. I wasn't sure if it was because of the pesto I ate or something else. So I gave it another try the second night, they forgot completely about my special request offering us meat and the desert was not vegan as well but I was so dissapointed that it didn't matter to me anymore.. they brought me raw falaffel on a salad with again (!) the green pesto. I tried it but I didn't eat much. What I got out of that were 3 days of food poisoning, fever and we had to go back home earlier and couldn't finish our planned hiking week. I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible, a nightmare was the travel back home. I will never be able to eat green pesto again. I feel sorry but at the same time I can't change how I feel, I will never be able to go back without fear.

We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel in the mountains. The location was breathtaking, with beautiful views of the peaks from our room. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help. The family-friendly facilities, including spacious rooms and spa, made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. After a day of hiking, we loved relaxing in the wellness area, take a glass on the 360° terrace and enjoying delicious meals at the restaurant. It was the perfect balance of comfort, nature, and hospitality !

The location is ideal. The view from my room was magnificent The evening meals were a real treat. Thank you to the manager and the staff, who really listen to their customers. I'll be going back for the peace and quiet and the location of the hotel perched at 1800m, as I really enjoyed being at this altitude and at the foot of the slopes.

We had an Alpage room in the annexe building. The room had not the standard expected. The door of toilet was broken and not closing properly. The bathroom was very very small and the bed had a very simple and inconfortable matress. I had back pain every morning. I stayed some years ago in the main building and the comfort was much better! In the other hand, the restaurant is pleasant with fireplace in the middle.

The view was stunning and the area is perfect for hiking or biking! The bed was very comfy, loved the blanket! We both loved the room where the breakfast and the dinner was. It was so cozy and styled like a living room with the couches, it felt automatically like home. The food was extremly delicious, especially the dinner! The staff is very friendly.

A very pleasant hotel, remarkably located right in the heart of the mountains, with uninterrupted views and plenty of space, including a huge terrace and a well-designed common room. Note that access in winter is all the easier if you are a skier. Very friendly and attentive staff. A real commitment to customer satisfaction. The half-board service is very well thought out, with a rich and copious breakfast in the form of a varied buffet, an afternoon snack and complimentary appetisers. The catering is excellent, varied and very well presented, with a unique dinner. We were treated to a delicious fondue. Snowshoes are available and there is a spa and sauna, very useful if the weather is bad. Very good service overall, although some of the facilities could do with a refresh. Thank you

The views, the food and the atmosphere were all wonderful but what made this such a special place to get married was the staff. They took all the stress out of the day and did everything we asked of them and then much, much more. Right from the first contact with the hotel to the final check-out all the staff were wonderful. All our families and our friends had nothing but good things to say about all the staff - those in reception, in the kitchen, in the bar, in setting up the chairs, in helping electronics and generally guest assistance. Everyone was fantastic. The view is breathtaking (provided it is clear) and the 360 views from the restaurant make dinner a splendid experience. The food is exquisite - reminiscent of a 5 star hotel (I would highly recommend the vegetarian lasagna and the meringue dessert. Amazing place.
