"I was originally looking forward to staying in this hotel and booked a larger room. Later, they gave us a small ordinary room. I complained to the hotel and it was not the room I booked. They later changed me to a larger room. The room was on the third floor. The staff at the door of the hotel was probably an inexperienced waiter. He spoke very unpleasantly and rolled his eyes. The waiter downstairs also said, ”This is the room you booked. I really Very speechless! Later, when I saw the photos, I realized that I had not booked it. Of course, the hotel apologized and gave me a small bottle of champagne, but the experience was also very bad! I wanted to go to the SPA again, but the waiter said that our hotel was very full. I asked for a long time but got no reply. I asked again the next morning, and there was actually a seat! Very bad experience at this hotel, nothing like a five star hotel, will never come back again! 🤦🏻♀️🥲"

"Great accommodation choice, the wooden house is warm and beautiful, there is a large balcony with mountain views, great views, kitchen, fully equipped, very like the hotel, and stayed for one night."
"Pool wasnt warm so wasnt as nice as I had hoped. Would if loved a sauna at the hotel over a jacuzzi, that again wasnt warm.
Good breakfast! Definitely worth the extra to get you fuelled for the slopes. I 100% would recommend hiring a car, we managed to venture to other ski slopes and get home when we wanted to rather than having to go vis the bus timetable. The bus stop is on the hotel grounds though so not too bad. Not walking distance to the slopes. The hotel staff were great. Gave some good advise on getting over to Italy for the a day, we had the mont blanc ultimate pass and was totally worth it to visit Italy and the wider slopes. The ski shop gentleman was amazing, super helpful.
Well worth the money to stay there."

"Lovely hotel with excellent service and friendly staff. Very affordable and Close to everything. We were offered to use sauna by ourselves for an hour as long as you book ahead. Highly recommended."
"Very nice wooden hotel, very historical, the service staff is very nice, to help bring things to the room for introduction, also sent us honeymoon champagne and a fine snack. Breakfast is also great, the restaurant is Michelin two stars. Not many people have limited rooms, it is a very French fine hotel."
"It was the perfect couple stay. The hotel is not in the city centre, it’s just next to the gold club. The view is amazing. The room have chalet vibes which was soo nice and cozy. They had a spa and sauna which was free to use for guests and it was soo nice. I can’t stress enough on the beauty of the view. Would 100 recommend and go back."
"Really nice hotel with great amenities. Be sure to check out the sauna on the roof as it looks out onto the mountains in spectacular fashion! The room was nice and very clean and the staff was attentive and helpful. This property is right in the city center and you can see the train station from the front door. A really good property and I highly recommend!"

Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel is just located next to the bus station. It is great if you will travel to other places by bus. There are some interesting entertainments you can pay to play such as bowling games. Inside the room, though there is no fridge, there is safe and water kettle. The room is simple but practical, and it is very clean.
이이장한The facilities seem a little old, but the location was great.
It was close to the train station, so it was easy to climb Mont Blanc.
The rooms are spacious and quite satisfactory.
GGuest UserThere is a full set of kitchen utensils to satisfy the Chinese stomach. The hotel is very close to the bus station. It takes 5 minutes to walk. The bus ticket is more expensive than the current purchase.

RRajan TrivediExceptional Stay at Chalet Hotel in Chamonix!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chalet Hotel in Chamonix, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in the Alps! From the moment I arrived, the warm and attentive staff made me feel welcome and ensured that every detail of my stay was perfect.
Location: The hotel is ideally situated with stunning views of Mont Blanc and easy access to the town and ski lifts. Whether you’re there for skiing, hiking, or simply soaking in the beauty of the mountains, the location couldn’t be better.
Rooms: My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and featured a cozy alpine style with modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the balcony offered breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. The housekeeping staff kept everything spotless, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
Dining: The food was fantastic! Breakfast each morning was a generous spread with a variety of fresh options, from pastries to local cheeses and fruits. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the gourmet meals exceeded my expectations. The chef does an excellent job incorporating local ingredients into traditional dishes, all with a contemporary twist.
Facilities: The hotel spa is a hidden gem—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or skiing. The sauna and hot tub were wonderful, and the massage I had was the best I’ve had in a long time. They also have a great lounge area with a fireplace, perfect for unwinding with a book or enjoying a drink in the evening.
Service: The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with any request, whether it was booking excursions, providing local recommendations, or simply ensuring that everything ran smoothly during my stay.
Bonus tip: The best Indian restaurant is walkable distance (400 meters) from the hotel - Annapurna 2. Must visit 😉
Overall, Chalet Hotel in Chamonix combines luxurious comfort with the charm of an authentic alpine retreat. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and top-notch service. I can’t wait to return!
AAnonymous UserThe room is a bit dark and the lighting is not enough. It is recommended to add more lights.
The rooms are quite comfortable, but I started to feel a bit of drainage smell in the room the next day. Other than that, everything else was fine.
The location of the hotel is very convenient and the public areas are beautiful

YYingThe hotel stuff is very friendly and nice, the room is clean. Just one small problem is the water heater, sometimes become very hot during shower, need to be careful
WWoaishuangxiuriThe room is simple and not big. The bathroom is large and there is a chair suitable for the elderly to sit in the bath. The hotel is not far from the cable car station up the mountain, and it can be reached in a few minutes on foot! The breakfast is a standard European breakfast, nothing special, but it's not bad...
GGuest UserIt was a cozy and lovely place!
It was really clean and clean, but it was a pity that the sink water was well guided, but even so, the location and cleanliness were cozy. When the hotel owner's dog Border Collie greeted me, I felt like I was in the hut. It was so good. I will come here again on my next vacation.
Vvivian58In the center of the town, you can walk for 10-15 minutes from the station to the cable car station and walk for 10 minutes. The service is warm. The breakfast and afternoon tea are good. Although the room is slightly small, the toilet in the attic room is large. It is equipped with double taps
