Absolutely the best location in the entire Chamonix valley for hikers, bikers, and nature lovers. Superb residence, with helpful desk staff and efficient cleaning staff, superbly managed by the general manager, M. Thevenot. Excellent for families (on-site swimming pool, etc etc.). Hikers, bikers, and nature lovers take note: you can hike in, hike out, on both sides of the valley, with trails easy, medium, and difficult levels everywhere. Picture-postcard views every second of every day, especially Mont Blanc. This is our go-to place in the entire region: we return for 2 weeks every year. Every highly recommended. We stayed here 5 nites in April I love the Service and the Appartements Pool is good to swim Good parking facilities but unfortunately no echargers The appartement itself is equipped with all necessary items you need A short hint: please consider recycling bins within the Appartements Will return for sure

It is our 1st time to be in this part of the world, I must say big thank to my family to select this one place. Also, if you are so lucky and get breakfast served by Mrs. Sharon Fleury where you feel like home lovely breakfast. every day my family run to her with nice greeting and big smile. For sure I would like to go back here. Thanks for all the team.

The room was very nice and it was all perfect until it got cold Friday nite and we could not get the heat to work. We asked 4 times but only one of the people at the front desk could reset the control on the wall and that happened mid Saturday. The staff apologized repeatedly. The parking spaces were below the building and so we rode the free bus to town. The internet would not reconnect if you left the room for the day. We got emails a few days before, while we were still in the US, for precheckin phone number. We didn't get a French phone number until we were in France so we had to call the hotel from the US. I think most of the patrons here are from France so that precheckin works for them.

Flat was well presented if a little dark. From our family of 4 pint of view, the discs could have been better used, 2 bathrooms being pointless. So place felt smaller than expected. Great to have the train station nearby and free train travel. Do note there are no shops or anything nearby.
