I recommend the hotel with good location, not too far from the center. There is a bus stop just next to the hotel and it takes about 15 minutes. Excellent service and super kind people.

We spent 5 beautiful days in Chamonix in February 2018 but I couldn't select it way back in time :) it was nice and cosy, the room was clean, light and quiet, the buses timetables were on spot for our ski/snowboard trips, the view was absolutely spectacular and the staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect for a Savoyard experience!

We stayed here for a long ski weekend. It is a good value for money, family run hotel. The room was large and clean and warm. We did pay the extra 9E for continental breakfast each day, as we did not want to be skiing all day on empty stomachs. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Our only negative was that it is a 15 minute walk to the edge of the town centre or a 25 minute walk to the Brevent ski lift. This got tiresome when carrying skis, poles, helmets and boots! We tried to catch the bus, it arrived on schedule but drove straight passed our stop, as it was full! On balance, I would try to get a hotel closer to the ski lift next time, but these hotels come at a premuium, so to save money I would be happy to stay here again and walk in and out of town each day.

Nothing good except for the welcome, I don't understand why 2 stars aren't worth it at all. The shower is completely outdated, the TV is microscopic, seen on a wall, for the price it's not worth it at all.

👍 - Warm welcome and very good explanations (buses, shuttles etc...) Cleanliness of the room Decent breakfast Splendid view 👎 - Dilapidated and narrow room Yellowish water in the sink (rust?) Outdated bathroom equipment... Equipment dating from the last VMC war in the cabbages Shower = ice rink 1cm of dust on the radiators
