Good place in fresh area although not in centre. Pedestrian if no havy luggage.
Welcoming drink outside in any time.

It's about a 20-minute walk from the train station, right through the bustling part of town. It was the Rock Climbing World Cup that day, so it was quite lively. The scenery along the way was nice, the room was clean, the front desk service was very good, and the price was good for Chamonix. Overall, I had a good experience.
