We stayed for 2 nights in July and had a marvelous relaxing time in the mountains. This is a great rustic ski lodge, located up from Chamonix. If that’s what you want- stay here, you will be very happy. The breakfast buffet was great and the employees very nice. Especially wanted to give a shoutout to Jorge who works in the restaurant. He was very nice and friendly. My wife and I only speak a little French but are fluent in Spanish and it was nice to converse in Spanish with him.

The hotel is very dated and smelled like mildew in the bathrooms, stained carpets. My husband was having asthma flare up during our stay since he's allergic to dust and pets. The hotel staff had a bad attitude. Food is worse than at other hotels we stayed at in the area. Would never stay there again.

Booked three rooms for our travelling family. Stayed 2 nights in September which was probably enough for that time of year. Front desk staff were lovely. Breakfast staff not so much. Ran out of eggs at 7.45am, one of only two warm dishes. Breakfast started at 7.30am and got short shift when enquiring if there were any available. The hotel is 15 min out from Chamonix so you need a car as there is not much nearby (though we knew that). Had a lovely German dinner 10 min walk up the road at a Bighorn Bistro.

What an amazing place! Hotel was wonderful, super charming, staff was so helpful, everyday they made restaurant reservations. Pool was so wonderful to use along with the hot tub after a long day. Hotel was very clean and just a relaxing place. Everyday just sitting out on that lawn, enjoying the view, so peaceful. We had a superior room with balcony and it was just great, cleaning staff came everyday. Breakfast was AMAZING, I mean that buffet was beyond words! I hope one to come back. And I appreciated it wasn't in the center of town, just a little bit out of it and I'm glad, the center was a bit too hectic for me.

Exceptionally comfortable and friendly hotel. We have been returning to the hotel for about 10 years now for both family trips and trips with mates. It does it all. The rooms are perfect, breakfast spot on and the staff all lovely and friendly. Also, some really great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

I came here for a massage and was allowed to use the facilities for an hour. Being the middle of the day and sunny, everyone was on the slopes, I had the place to myself. What a treat, it was divine. It's beautifully done, chill out area, lots of swing seats, egg chairs, loungers etc, sauna, steam room, lovely pool. Best of all the hot tub, just a couple of steps from the door, with an amazing view. The massage was also excellent and the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Overall this is one of the best spas I've visited.

This is a beautiful space at Argentiere. Staying here was a real pleasure. Perfectly located just outside Chamonix, in walking distance from everything (free bus to Chamonix). Lovely garden with a few seating areas with Mont Blanc view. Wonderful spa. Stylish, comfortable and cozy rooms (we have Duplex Esprit Montagne). The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Good parking. We would stay again
