The room did not come with a fridge, and the body soap provided was actually hand soap. Additionally, I wasn’t informed that there would be no air conditioning, and I struggled to find a contact number to request a fan.
Staying Hotel more than my home

Good to stay for going to downtown and Chamonix station. A lot of restaurants are located in near.
But The Hotel was under construction at April, 2024.

Lovely rooms with big balcony enjoying the Mont Blanc. Convenient location close to the train station going to see the glacier and the cave. Nice spa and steam activities.

Breakfast was great. Location was amazing too. The only bad was cause we got hit by a heat wave and there was no A/C so you couldn’t sleep till probably 10pm at night

Everything was good except the fact that has poor ventilation. No fan or A/c so feels quite sticky inside. However, staff, location and services really good. Requested to change room due to the noise from train and the manager was very helpful and lovely to assist. Would love to stay again but in winter
