I had asked for rooms downstairs. And 2 next to each other. Got 2 rooms on the 2nd floor. I have difficulty walking so I asked for rooms downstairs. With difficulty got 1 room downstairs. According to her they were full. That was not the case. They also did not know that I had already paid. It was only for 1 night.

Excellent and convenient location. We stopped on our way to the Dordogne area and also on our way home. Will definitely be returning. We had a delicious evening barbecue on our return with extensive starters and desserts. Waiting staff also very helpful. Very flexible menu. Excellent value for money.

Tried to book a table for a meal. Was told only residents could eat there! We have stayed at numerous campanile sites and this has never been the company policy. Usually you are welcomed with open arms. Only 3 tables occupied so they obviously do not need the business!

Très bon accueil, je recommande vivement. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, le matelas parfait comme on l’aime. Emplacement bien desservi par les transports. Tout l’hôtel était très propre. Si vous passez un week-end à Tours je vous recommande cet hôtel.

Je ne fréquentais plus trop les Campanile, je ne voyais pas d'évolution. J'y suis retourné plusieurs fois et fnalement les évolutions sont désormais nombreuses et se voient, la literie est très confortable, le diner buffet toujours aussi copieux et le petit déjeuner toujours sympa, bref une expérience agréable et les personnes rencontrées à Chambray, au top! Merci à tous.

Hotel au top. Fonctionnel, propre, literie confortable. Salle de bain propre et douche très pratique. Plateau de courtoisie très appréciable. Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci 🙂

Très bon accueil, accès facile en voiture, la chambre été équipée d'un plateau de courtoisie, la salle de bain été très propre, nous avons été appelé pour savoir notre heure d'arrivée et si on mangé au restaurant qui était bon sont oublié le petit déjeuner, franchement rien à dire.
