Location is near University of Tours, which is convenient. Also easy to get to coty center with bus. Staff are helpful, but they do not speak English (fortunately it's possible to communicate with GPT). Breakfast is a bit simple, and on weekends the selection is limited. Not the most clean rooms but OK. All in all, experience is not so bad.

Ik had gevraagd om kamers beneden. En 2 naast elkaar. Kreeg 2 kamers op de 2e verdieping. Ik ben slecht ter been daarom om kamers beneden gevraagd. Met moeite 1 kamer beneden gekregen. Volgens haar zaten ze vol. Dat was niet zo. Ze wisten ook niet dat ik al betaald had. Het was maar voor 1 nacht.

4 stars The room was okay—clean and good for a short stay. Free parking was a big plus, with plenty of spaces available. The price was fair for what we got. The only problem was that there’s no elevator, so we had to carry our heavy bags up the stairs. Overall, a good stay with just one downside.

We will Return. Campanile are a great hotel group...rooms are always immaculately clean and modetn. Breakfast here was a bonus, as was not planned. Staff were super friendly and very helpful even with our gone 9pm arrival. Located near a selection of good restaurants and secure parking was perfect.

Lovely staff and clean comfortable room. Good value decent food as well which made our overnight stay excellent after a long drive.
