Ibis Budget Tours Sud

I'm keeping in mind it's an ibis budget, and the price, but still some things could be improved. For example we had three people in the room and 2 towels. The bed was not placed and the room not well cleaned. The corridors were terrible. They could also improve the signing as it was confusing and In any case I think those things could get improved if they want

We arrived at 9pm after travelling in 32 degrees heat for 12 hours. It was still 30 degrees when we arrived. Hotel advertised Air con in rooms. Our air con didn’t work in our room. We went down to reception, but there was no one there . Spent very uncomfortable sleepless night hot and sweaty . Only had one thin pillow each. Hairdryer didn’t work. Dreary room. Breakfast good. Spent €100 on the room and breakfast. Very poor value for money. Would never stay at ibis again.

Firstly let me start by saying this is a great budget hotel that is conveniently located if you’re passing through to Spain. It is also located with Ibis Styles and you can share the same facilities such as the restaurant which I highly recommend, the evening food here is amazing! Personal recommendation for the pork Belly and Oyster mushroom starter! The rooms are basic but since we opted for budget not style it was well worth the money being spacious and housed a good en-suite and toilet. The hotel also boasts great parking and a lovely garden/pool area in the center between Budget and Styles. So why the bad review? - Well in the aforementioned garden (which is fenced and enclosed) there appears to be several stray cats, usually not a problem however one evening in our return leg of our trip a young cat was trying to get in the door that my wife with my 6 Month old baby, myself and our Labrador was trying to get out. We waited to see if the cat would leave but it did not, we decided to go out slowly and the cat started to leave but once we was fully outside the cat turned around and attacked us, I managed to get our Labrador back inside but the cat had now started attacking my wife and 6 month old baby! Fortunately my wife was able to get back into the restaurant door, no matter how good a hotel is, it’s service and restaurant being attacked by stray animals inside the hotel property is not acceptable please take responsibility and have these cats rehomed elsewhere before another attack occurs.
