Sonesta ES Suites Atlanta - Perimeter Center East

Great place to stay . Task force work for almost 4-5 months. The property was safe and clean at all times. Excellent staff.Great location, close to the Perimeter Mall, restaurants , grocery stores and gas stations.

If I could do negative stars I would. The lady at the front desk was so super rude unlike anything I ever experienced in my whole 35 years of life, never encountered anyone like her checking in at hotel, or restaurants, or any customer service type place. Dominique Shannon should be working a job by herself cleaning rooms where she encounters nobody, not at a front desk as the face of a business delivering the worse customer service in history.

There was no internet. How is it possible in 2023 for a hotel not to have reliable working internet? Especially since their website says it is offered. I was there for 3 days. It was clear from the staff reaction that it is not an exception. The internet provider is so poor that it just doesn't work. Can you imagine that? I will stay at the Holiday Inn the next time. Yes, the staff was nice. Yes, the bed was comfortable. But without working internet, this Hotel is a no-go. PS. Their webpage also says free parking, but its not free. it's $5.00 a day. What a ridiculous management move.

I wouldn't give this "motel" a 1 star review if no stars was an option. We arrived around midnight and everyone was tired from a long day driving. We had two rooms. One room had vomit in the tub and was just dirty in general. There was also a leak dripping from the ceiling. The other room had a nasty stained mattress in the pull out couch. No bedding available for the pullout if we did want to use it. The carpet in the rooms was damp. The door on both rooms was loose and did not feel secure. The entire property smelled of *********. The person working the desk was pleasant but could not do anything to make the situation right, other than to say she would leave a note for the manager to call us in the morning. It has been 5 days and I have called to speak to a manager multiple times and we still have not received a call. The situation was bad enough that we left and got rooms at a different hotel. I've never been in a situation where I felt it was necessary to do that before. I will never stay at this hotel again, and doubt I will even stay at any hotel run by Sonesta again. Due to no response from hotel management, I have now made a complaint with the BBB to try and get my money back. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

The hotel room was great. We had a room with a loft. There was lots if space and a full kitchen. The only complaints were batteries in romate did nit woek, wah cloth had holes in it and a kid sticky toy was stuck our ceiling. I wish they had a better breakfast. All they had was grab and go. Would stay again.
