Comfortable hotel, self-service breakfast with a good selection of (local) products

Very friendly staff. Hearty but expensive breakfast. Good bedding with king size bed in the superior rooms. Functional bathroom, modern tiling but low-end linoleum flooring. Separate toilet. Stained carpet in the bedroom and hallways, needs to be replaced. Pool and spa not tested. Free parking.

Much better than expected

Quel dommage, vraiment dommage. Un hôtel magnifique dans les espaces communs, avec une très belle piscine, même si l’eau est froide… mais tout le reste est de travers. La propreté n’est pas irréprochable : il y avait des papillons dans la chambre. En plus, on avait l’impression d’être à Saint-Pétersbourg en plein hiver russe. La climatisation transformait la chambre en igloo d’Esquimau. Impossible d’augmenter la température : nous avons dû éteindre la climatisation, et malgré cela, nous avons eu froid toute la nuit. La piscine devait ouvrir à neuf heures, mais elle n’a ouvert qu’à 9h30. Quel dommage… je ne séjournerai plus dans un hôtel Best Western. Je suis déçue.
