Excellent view from the room, loved the cozy balcony overlooking the mountains, Very warm , courteous & welcoming staff, at the checkin reception as well as Dining area & of course the house keeping staff too. Breakfast buffet is an excellent spread. Dinner A La Carte-- Chinese, Mexican, continental all was 👌 Special mention --Check in reception Anjali Sushil & Priya Dining-- Ravi, Deepika & 2 others whose names I cannot recollect. Special thanks to the superb singer Mr Pratham ( hope I got his name right) for making our evenings lively & memorable. Chef Anil too who made sure he understood what we wanted & delivered it too. Sorry if I missed out on any names, - cause each & every staff is sooo well trained to make sure you have a comfortable & memorable stay. The bathrooms need to be upgraded, no hook for the dryer, no napkin holders, water seeping out from the glass partition making the whole bathroom wet -- a few points which can be improved upon. Overall a memorable stay, will surely recommend.

If you are reading this I am sure you also want your Dalhousie trip to be one of your best journeys. Well, for me it was. I travelled to Dalhousie and the famous places nearby in the first week of November. Yes, it is an off-season but you can never get enough of the perennial beauty and tranquility of mountains. A mountain expedition has always been an adventurous trip but this time it was more special for me not only because I was travelling with my friends but also because of our place of stay ”Zostel Banikhet”. When we were planning our tour I wasn't rooting for this place but as soon as we arrived there, all the negative comments I read on the internet and all of my doubts vanished in seconds. This place has everything we were looking for great location, a swimming pool, bonfire, projector, card games, guitar, and beautiful rooms with a mountain view all this at a decent price. Amazing... right!! All thanks to our gracious host 'Rohan' who helped us with everything. He arranged a personal cab for us to travel to Khajjiar, D ainkund, Chamera, and Dalhousie. He took us on a beautiful sunset trek, we saw constellations in the night, made 'sarso ka saag' for us, and believe me 'samosas' of banikhet is a must try also most importantly he kept us updated with cricket's live score. I was overwhelmed by our welcome in banikhet. Our host and people there are really friendly. So if you are travelling with friends and want your journey to be as memorable as mine you should definately consider giving a shot to ”Zostel Banikhet”.

The hotel is situated mid way towards khajjiar. It is also mid way from dalhousie town to kalatop - an open forest area. The ride from bus stop, dalhousie is q very scenic one with views of mountains and residential school- dalhousie public school (dps. There are two roads- one main and the other a little pitch road which is only used in emergency by local cabs. Don't try to jump on it if you aren't a local. The hotel has a kitchen, mostly active during the dinner time. The staff were helpful and the front desk was polite. We got an upgrade.

Had a wonderful experience at Hotel Nesta Elements with families. Kiddos enjoyed a lot. Big sized, clean rooms with very nice valley view. Service is good and a nice property in huge area with all facilities. Highly recommended. All facilities available there.

The hotel's service and friendliness were outstanding. They cared after us admirably at all times. The food in this hotel was also quite good. This is a fantastic place to stay if you're visiting Dalhousie. We had a fantastic experience at the hotel and would want to express our gratitude to everyone involved.
