We went Dalhousie and came in this resort. The service and food was amazing here. The staff is very polite and efficient .Me and my family will recommend this place to our closed ones definitely and whenever we will visit Dalhousie we will be staying in this resort only. Mr. Manish Sharma who is manager here dealt with us and was very polite .

Researched a lot of properties to check in in Dalhousie with a reasonable budget and this was on my wish list. We were 4 boys. so some of the properties (which seemed to be better) refused to provide us a stay. That’s where snow valley came into our consideration and it didn’t disappoint us at all. We booked the duplex type room and it just felt like home with a very awesome view. The room, staff and the food specially was just outstanding. Totally recommended for family or a group of stags. The hotel with the best view.

Trip was wonderful Location is great It is perfect weather to stay in monsoon. Foggy View from window is completely mesmerizing. Staff was so coperative. Mr. Manish kumar front office manager treat us like family. Food is mind blowing. Its is value for money hotel. Five star to the property and staff.

Felt awesome with the hospitality of Hotel Staff especially Hotel reception Manager Mr. Munish Sharma and room service is above expectations; I personally appreciate the house keeping person (Name not known) and room service person Mr. Tek Chand. The rooms are with good view with ample space for parking. It is hardly 300-400 metres on Thandi sadak to Gandhi Chowk and Subash Chowk. There is games room for Billiards, Table tennis and Fuss ball, children playing room.
