SwissEver Hotel Zug

This hotel could be amazing if it wanted to, but it is so disappointing. It looks beautiful and the concept is nice, but it falls short in so many things. The front desk staff was nice enough, but the dining and breakfast staff were so unkind and unwelcoming. The breakfast place is in a weird basement room and wasn’t that great. The dinner was in the main floor restaurant and was okay. We had a time window for breakfast but if food ran out in that window , it was not replenished. The woman at breakfast was very rude. The entire hotel is hot, there is no air conditioning and you get one fan per room and if you are here in the summer it is unbearable. The moisture never leaves the bathroom. The family rooms could be so lovely and they are a place that I would want to stay from seeing them, but the heat is to much. The double rooms are small and cramped and hot. We had one double and one family room. The second bed in the family room is a small futon line couch and with how hot it is, it is not big enough for two. Many rooms face the loud highway and you cannot open the windows and sleep because of he noise.

Thank you very much for your hospitality Arriving in the evening – what a wonderful surprise! I stayed for one night in a studio. The studio offers a kitchenette, with an additional microwave, enough dishes, cutlery, pots and pans for up to 4 people. What a luxury , a bathroom with a tub and shower, as well as the necessary amenities. Also a separate toilette and sink. At first glimpse I haven’t seen the warm handwritten welcome card from the hotel staff I read welcome back at the SwissEver Hotel we wish you a wonderful stay. and there was a little box with 2 pralines on the polliw as well - great! I’ve felt immediately home and could relax before being up early in the morning for business. Thanks again to the staff and the warm welcome back
