Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place on Hamilton Lakes. Located about 10 miles east of Iron Mounitain. House has a wrap around deck facing the lake, as well as a walk out basement. Enjoy the lake life, included are 2 kayaks to use at your leisure.Please note the cottage sits on a well, so the water has an off smell so shouldn’t be used to drink! For our summer guests, also keep in mind there is no A/C. Please don’t hesitate to message with any additional questions/requests!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please be respectful of the neighbors and their property. Our property line ends about 15 feet on either side of the house, down to the lake.Boathouse next to the lake is the neighbors property, keep out.
