There is a large sloped front yard that is unfenced and available for use.POOL/FISHING:During your stay, you will have access to a seasonal community pool as well as a catch and release fishing pond. The pool is open May – October and is located 9 miles down the road in beautiful Wears Valley. Typical pool hours are 10am-6pm and typical fishing pond hours are dawn until dusk. These hours may vary due to the season and weather. We do not have control over seasonality, operating hours or temporary closures due to maintenance. We are just a short drive off Wears Valley Road and only 3 miles to the Pigeon Forge Parkway, which has everything needed for your perfect vacation. There are a couple twists and turns as you make your way down the wooded drive to the cabin, but nothing the average vehicle can’t handle. Pay close attention to the street signs if arriving at night as they can be easily missed.STARTER PACK:Guest will be provided with a stater pack that includes toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags and dishwasher pods. Please note that this is a standard starter pack and guests will have to provide anything beyond this, should these items run out, as durations in stay vary.PARKING/DRIVEWAY:There is plenty of parking for 4 vehicles, but you may be able to fit more depending on the size. Our driveway has a moderately steep incline and may require chains/4x4 in snow/icy conditions.
