When you enter this recently built home, you'll be greeted with open concept living, dining, and kitchen with over 3,500 square feet of finished space to entertain family and friends. Off the great room there's a deck close enough to hear the waves, and take in the spectacular views of the lake while enjoying your morning coffee or dinner while watching the gorgeous sunsets. Two king sized primary en suites, two queen sized bedrooms, plus two twin beds in a separate space. The finished entry level offers a kitchenette and large family room for movies and relaxing. With easy access, this is a level area for recreation, bicycling, and walking. A 100-foot dock is just outside your door to soak up sun, and provides great fishing, boating, or kayaking (1 included) opportunities. Lodi Point State Park is only six houses away with boat ramp and two playgrounds.Located mid-way up the east side of Seneca Lake, you are conveniently accessible to Ithaca, Watkins Glen, and Geneva. There are many wineries and breweries close by. Ovid is the closest town for groceries, pizza delivery, a Chinese take-out, coffee shop, diner, drug store, Dollar Store and more.
