It is Furnished with modern and mid-century modern unique pieces. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms are all open to keep socializing on going. The large front deck and deep set back yard make it perfect for relaxing, and the cozy private backyard and greenhouse are fun too. The master bedroom has a tempurpedic mattress and full bathroom with whirlpool tub and heated tiles floors. The kitchen has all new appliances and is stocked with all the usual kitchen supplies and there is complimentary coffee.Guest accessThe entire home and yard are accessible The only areas off limits are the master closet and the bottom level area under the house.Other things to noteNOTE: This house is Home to a small dog, Please remember you are visiting her home not the other way around. I do my best to clean up dog hair but with dogs its usually an uphill battle so if it is concern for you (eg: allergies, black clothing connoisseur), please do not book this house.THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Keep noise to a minimum when outside and in the evenings. If you’re are too loud for the neighbors, you Will be asked to leave.WINTER VISITORS!!!The mountain can get snow from Nov-May depending on the year.During this time the roads may be covered in snow or ice and be closed or only accessible to vehicles equipped with with 4x4 and snow tires or with chains/cables.Chains can be purchased on the way up in Frazier Park, however I cant guarantee that they will have the correct size/type for every vehicle.So if it is a possibility that snow / ice will be on the road during your visit you may want to plan accordingly and buy before hand.When it snows here, our great road team plows and places cinder on the road clearing it for travel however it does make a berm(mound of snow at side of rd.) which can block/ make it hard to enter driveway safely.I will try to shovel the path to make this easier when possible. However it is not always possible so always take care to drive carefully as to not damage your vehicle.You and Your Guests safety is of paramount concern so please take all precautions when coming up here during the cold months. The cabin is located in a mountain community called Pine Mountain Club in Los Padres National Forest. The cabin has centralized heat and A/C, 2 TVs, 2 different Wi-Fi’s , an upstairs and downstairs porch available for use. In the neighborhood there is a pool, tennis courts, golf course, and club house. A trail head starts a block away from the house that leads to the downtown area—a 15 min walk away.Guest accessEnd of hall linen closet. The lavish backyard, backs into your own private access into the Los Padres National Forrest (literally hiking in your backyard) with full of mature pine trees surrounds you in the forest. Gorgeous views from the upper and lower decks, neighbors are nowhere to be seen. Relax and enjoy a cocktail in any of the patios on the decks while enjoying nature at its all just 90-minute trip north of LA!This is a beautiful cabin that is open and inviting. Your friends and family will have their own private spaces but come together in the grand room and open kitchen that is perfect for entertaining. A one-story cabin is rare in Pine Mountain Club and is a huge plus. In addition, there is a wrap around deck in the back facing your own forest access, with several dining and seating areas, make for the best dinners. There is also a covered deck on the lower deck with comfortable seating where you can relax or play horse shoe. The cabin has everything that you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. You will have guest access to the club house, golf course, lake, fishing, and archery range. The refurbished pool will be available soon. Plus, there are many hiking trails including one in our own back yard. Bring your bikes and fishing poles to pump up the fun. The cabin has 3 bedrooms (one is a den that converts into a bedroom with privacy curtains or keep it as an office away from home). The Animal Crossing is a impeccable custom and upscale chalet that is within 5 minutes to the PMC village and country club with a beautiful view of the northern mountains. It offers easy access year-round. Animal Crossing features 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 5 beds that are meticulously upgraded with sleek finishes and design. You enter into a bright open floor plan with soaring pine wood ceilings and a custom brick fireplace. There is forced air, central heating, and AC.The Animal Crossing Chalet is truly meticulous inside and out and is centrally located in Pine Mountain Club which offers golf, tennis, an Olympic size pool built in 2021, archery, hiking, fishing, bicycling, etc. First Floor: Enter the threshold into a bright, open floor plan; with the living room, dining room and soaring, pine wood ceilings. That is where you find the first custom brick fireplace. This is a beautiful area to hang out with family and friend or watch some TV by the fire. The master bedroom with a California King Size bed and full bathroom are on the main level. All three full bathrooms boast of beautiful, ornately designed tile with rain showers and tubs. In the gourmet kitchen you find stunning white quartz counter tops, gleaming stainless-steel appliances, and beautiful dishes, pots and pans, and basic oils and spices to get you started. The eating area is nicely decorated with antiques and beautiful collectible decorations. On the other side of the chalet, you will find another private area that is perfect for working/studying from home as it features a desk and a settee for enjoying the 65" TV over an electronic fireplace. Following that room, at the furthest end of the house, you find a big bonus room. The bonus room functions as a theater room with a 75" TV that is loaded with apps over the second electronic fireplace in front of a reclining sofa. This room also has a queen murphy bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress that is ready-made for guest or can be lifted for extra space. We also provide a table to enjoy our provided games and puzzles. This bonus room as its own private full bath. The living room has a queen sized sofa bed for any additional family and friends. Second Floor:The views from the second floor are gorgeous as we have large windows overlooking the northern mountains and LED lights going up through the stairway. It starts with a beautiful loft that is furnished with another desk for a working station and a full-size queen futon bed. The third bedroom and bathroom are also on the second floor. This room has a queen size platform bed with a hybrid memory foam mattress. Guests in this room will enjoy their own private full bathroom. Outside: You will enjoy the luxury and comfort of this elegant retreat. The grounds are super peaceful and accommodates outdoor living and dining with a spacious, well-furnished decks, several BBQ grills, and gazebo with a closed fire fit.The front deck offers sofa seating, a table with 6 chairs and a BBQ grill. Here you will have a great view of mountains and our spacious and lush gardens featuring a faux well and a water fountain.On the side patio there is a second grill with a granite table. The back of the chalet has a big veranda with covered furniture that you can use (just make sure you cover afterwards to keep it clean). It features a third grill and heaters.
