Just 8 miles from US 131 (exit 125). 20 miles from Big Rapids. 18 miles from Fremont. Monthly rentals include all utilities, internet, and trash removal. Deposit required on monthly rentals. No pets. We are a small resort on the Muskegon river with only 4 rentals. Our quaint backyard overlooks the Muskegon River in a park like setting that is unmatched to any accommodations around. Once you arrive you will enjoy the peacefulness and relaxing atmosphere. Kayaks are available for use June thru September. Fishing from the dock is a favorite, and of course bonfires in the evening. Only a couple miles from the new trail system The Dragon Trail which has rave reviews from both hikers and Mountain Bikers. Bring your boat, we have trailer parking available along with dockage. Additionally 3 couches pull out to queen beds. With WiFi and a washing machine available, convenience is at your fingertips. Nestled in a serene setting, this cabin offers an enchanting escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You can enjoy the view and wildlife of this private all sports lake while still being a short drive from town where shops and restaurants are just minutes away. Kayaks and a paddle boat are available for free use, or for an additional fee a 24' pontoon can be rented to tour the whole lake. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our cabin. Rustic 1 room, 1 bathroom cabin, nestled on beautiful wooded acres and bordering thousands of acres of Manistee National forest filled with ATV/ORV trails. During the winter there is an abundance of snowmobile trails just a few miles away from the property. Don't miss out on your home base during those cold adventures. Also minutes from the White River and several inland lakes great for fishing. The nearby Hesperia Sport Shot can supply you with any items you be missing or forgot to make your outdoor adventure complete. Functioning kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Cabin is all in one 'room' with the exception of the bathroom. Cabin is equipped with a central heating system and AC. Charcoal grill available onsite for guests use (charcoal not included). Part of the rustic experience includes no wi-fi and limited cell service. Take a long walk in the national forest which borders the property with the opportunity to view a wide range of wildlife. Have a bonfire at night while looking up at the star filled sky. Property borders Manistee National Forest making it a very convenient location to trail ride, snowmobile or hike the many local trails!
