Set back from all the kayos but close enough to be there with in 5 minutes. We are part of a great little private community called Balmoral. We are one mile from a private beach that sits on the great Lake Winnipesaukee. Boat launch for your convenience. This beach has a volleyball net, bocce ball court. Bring your corn hole boards to the beach! There is a playground behind the clubhouse as well as a tennis court. Basketball courts are a few streets away. Such a vacation destination for all seasons. Plenty todo within the area as well as 30-40 minutes away. Summer and winter fun for all let’s book today! We have cameras in outside in the front and back of the house. Pillows and blankets included, must bring own towels and bed linens.Get away from the norms of everyday life and relax, unplug, and unwind.We do not provide cable TV. The smart TVs are preloaded with apps for streaming select shows and movies on a rainy day. We also provide a DVD player if you brought your favorite movie to snuggle up with. Limited paper products such as paper towels and toilet paper will be provided upon arrival. Renters are responsible for replenishing these items as needed during their stay. The indoor fireplace is not for renters use. We provide an outdoor fire pit for your enjoyment. Boat trailer parking is allowed behind the club house or back at the property.
