Please watch small children. 4. Window air conditioner in the summer to cool the house but it is well insulated so it stays cool. 5. Gas heaters in rooms to heat during the winter. Again it’s very well insulated to keep the heat in the house. WinterPlease note that we do experience snow on occasion. The HOA does a great job of keeping the roads scraped but they only scrape after the snow ends. So, please be aware of the weather and know that there is the potential for snowy weather.
