Luxury mountain chalet with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths on secluded 25 acre property close to downtown Fayetteville (1.5 miles) and New River Gorge Bridge and National Park (2 miles). The house was remodeled in early 2014 and was opened for vacation rentals beginning in May, 2014. The Sugar Creek Chalet is 1/4 mile from the Ramsey Mountain Lodge (VRBO 452740), both are owned by Bill and Sally Wells. Amenities include hardwood and tile floors, granite countertops, newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, gas log fireplace, screened porch and large deck plus a sandstone fire ring with masonry sitting walls. The house is pet friendly and has a fenced in backyard. Sleeping accommodations include a first floor master bedroom with a queen size bed and master bath. A second full bath is also located on the first floor. Two bedrooms and a loft are found on the second floor. One bedroom has 3 single beds. The second bedroom has a full size bed and the loft has a full size futon. The basement features a bedroom with 4 bunk beds, a family room with a queen size convertible couch and a full bath. The family room includes a game table and foosball table.
