I want to congratulate the Chale Island Resort and its team for their impeccable service. Everything was superb. I enjoyed it so much, every day for the past 6 days!
Pick up of luggage in a other hotel days before my stay, no problem! Perfect service. Pick up and drop off at the airport, perfectly on time!
Service always with a big smile, and always at your service. The room was very clean every day during my stay. Lot's of food or restaurant choice. I enjoyed the wide variety at breakfast. Really an excellent place to rest after an intense safari trip ;-)
And what about the views, sunrises, sunsets, you name it, breathtaking...
Went diving, so many thanks to my buddy Evans for a great morning of diving around the island...
This was the perfect stay to end my adventure in Kenya, a big ASANTE Chale...

Facilities: Very good, you can snorkel, swim, and catch the sea
Hygiene: Very clean, towels in the room are changed every day, and the cleaning is also frequent

It is an independent island, you can go there by boat when the tide is high, and by tractor when the tide is low. The room environment and the environment on the island are pretty good. What needs to be said is that the hotel has a power outage from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and the mobile phone signal on the island is very poor (almost none), and the hotel's wifi signal is not too good Well, for people who want to ditch their phones and computers and forget about work and everything else.

This was my first time at Chale Island but not my first time at the coast or with this The island is stunning, there are so many activities, you feel like you are in your own world. The rooms are clean and beautiful. We were there for new years which was fantastic! We danced on the beach, enjoyed a great barbeque and the staff joined the party which was so much fun. The highlights were paddle boarding, yoga, snorkelling off the beach, and the Mkoko bar! Huge shoutout to the staff, wow so incredible and kind! Paul and Fadilli at the dive shop where we got our paddle boards every day, so helpful and knowledgeable. Sophie the resident marine biologist taking us through the reef teaching us about marine life and the effects of the environment. Dave who came to check on us at every meal to ensure everything was to our liking. Frances our favorite server who always greeted us with a smile. Elizabeth at the gift shop, so warm and welcoming. And Andreas the GM who greeted all his guests daily to make sure we were enjoying. We will be back!! Thank you!

Beautiful island with great service.We have just spend 4 days at Chale and it exceeded our expectations. We stayed in one of the towers the room was spacious and nicely decorated with huge terrace with sea view...wonderful.Staff was always very helpful and nice. We had a small issue with the airco but it was taken care of immediately even though it was Sunday...thanks to the management for their great attitude and pleasant treatment we greatly appreciated. We can easily recommend Chale for a nice and peaceful stay. Thank you

A beautiful place in an awesome setting, my little paradise for 17 days of diving, meals were delicious especially in the Italian restaurant with it´s breathtaking view across the bay and the lovely beach, their crew is exceptionally friendly and helpful at all times, they are environment conscious and do a great job preserving their surrounding, next vacation I bring my mermaid

We have just finished our week long stay at Chale Island for our honeymoon. We stayed in the overwater suite which was a stunning place to watch the sunset every evening. The food at the resort was fantastic and we loved eating at the BBQ restaurant in the evening and the main restaurant as well. Good wine selection to complement the food. The management were very attentive with both the hotel manager and the food & beverage manager always walking around to ensure that the guests were happy. The whole resort was very clean and well kept with very polite and friendly staff. We had a great stay thank you
