It was as we expected the hotel was beautiful and surrounded by nature 😍 Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything was neatly and beautifully decorated as we entered room. The staff is very curticious and helpful always ready to help with anything needed. The food is very tasty and yumm. The aloo paratha, aloo posto, kadai paneer also the masala chai is a must try. You can get bengali cuisin and also others cuisines also which are also good 👍 specially the staffs are very friendly and takcares the minute of things specially om, Dinesh and shayam all were very helpful in all the days we stayed. It was a very good and peaceful surrounding nature stay at the reserve gorumara!! We will surely visit again!!

Great location, nice property. Food is extremely good.We tried bith Tandoori and Chineese items. Both are equally great. Excellent service by Mr Om and Mr Utpal.They were very helpful. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family . Thanks a lot.

From begining to end of our stay in here, the hospitallity, the attention, the gestures each and everything is outstanding, mind blowing. I am so much happy to be in here and looking forward to come in here next time. Specially thanks to Mandeep gurung and om dada.

Came across while returning from Yelbong. A nice place to spend some good time with family and friends. Had lunch over there. Had the most authentic continental cuisine there. Portion of food was more than enough. Loved it. Will visit again and recommend it too.

The reserve gorumara resort is must place if you are planning to visit dooars and looking for a stay in calm nature. Rooms are very clean and 24/7 room service is available. The food is mouthwatering.. Staffs are very much in welcoming nature and helpful... I must say Dinesh Prasad Gupta from reception desk is soo helpful who help us to find a cab for local sightseeing to guide us for cheapest but best jungle safari experience. He has made sure our stay at resort should be most comfortable. Thank you "the reserve gorumara" for this most comforting blissful stay.

Very good and spacious rooms and bathrooms. The service is top notch. Especially Dinesh is very helpful with polite behaviour. Cooking is also very good. It is worth your money. Quite ambience will ensure peace of mind. You will come again and again for a quality leisure experience.
