The property of Tarika Jungal Resort-Chail was quiet, peaceful, and lush green. It was so spacious that anyone could trek within the property. The isolated feel was stress-free and far from the city's crowds. Our stay was completely comfortable and satisfying. WE CAME ON 16TH JUNE 2024 WITH FAMILY VERY POOR HOUSE KEEPING AND ROOM SERVICE. FOOD IS PATHETIC , VERY VERY POOR. EITHER INTERCOMS NOT WORKING OR NO ONE PICKS THE PHONES. GYM IS NOT OPERATIONAL. NO VALUE FOR MONEY. ZERO RATING . WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE.

Oyo would be better than this hotel.. the kind of attitude they carry is on the seventh sky.. as if they are running 5 star hotel.. Firstly they charged 2 extras beds amounts where in they placed one secondly they were asking my clients for unnecessary amount because that was being already paid,, then there was foul smell during the stay that they had to check out a day prior although they had two nights stay.. and audacity of a sales guy sadaf do whatever you want to do don’t call me & then reaching out to so called General Manager Anil said I can’t do anything don’t call me and disconnected the call.. the booking was done through a travel company they were being kind enough to atleast listen but believe you me they are fake attaching a photo of the bill so that they realise that a customer also has the right to make people about their reality .. we are not abla janta out here who can’t take a help of such medium to disclose what you guys do.. I think out of 5 star there should be option to write zero star so that one can judge how bad services they provide and ask money and then don’t refund.. never had such bad experience with any hotel.. Please take into consideration book this pathetic property at your own risk because they are not gonna help you out any point in time ..

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. The location is decent, ***** with that staff is quite friendly. I met a guy at front desk Shubham Gautam who helped us to make our stay more smooth. He is quick, understanding and provided best service to us ***** with his team.

I had a great experience at Tarka resort recently. From the moment I arrived,I was warmly welcomed by Mr. Shubham Gautam. His warm hospitality and attention to details were evident in every interaction. Overall, the resort's blend of luxury, comfort and adventure made it an ideal destination for a solo trip. I highly recommend Tarika resort to anyone in a need of peaceful retreat.

My friend at Chandigarh during a dinner meeting on 09th March, 2024, mentioned about this property since he had stayed there sometime back and was all praise and suggested we go n stay there. So we decided to go and stay there during our trip in CHAIL from Nagpur . We had already booked Hotel CHAIL palace for 02 nights and since our tour was flexible , we decided to stay the 3rd night at this property. We landed in our Taxi on the 15th of March, 2024 at around 1100h in the morning. We were stopped at the gate and when I told that we did not have prior booking but wished to stay there and requested that we be allowed to at least speak to someone responsible, we were rudely refused. I have no complaints against the staff at the gate since they were following instructions given by the higher ups. My question to the management is , How do you wish to promote your property if you turn away guest at the gate ( A senior citizen couple ). The management needs to look into the issue highlighted seriously and come out with some practical and guest friendly solution.

Poorest property ever stayed at. Sleeping on a road is better and avoid this hotel. They just looted our money. No electricity in the room, no water, no food after 9. And they bring their bouncers if you complain them. Pathetic manager. Pathetic staff. Don’t come here.
