Fantastic Service And staff was very nice and chef are good Room are so good we enjoy everything. We remember this jounery.

We stayed on 6th july25 with 3 cottages mountain view.the staff is so bad and rude in behavior as they were in thought why guests are coming and bothering us.staff is happy in playing volley ball all the day. They will give you dirty glasses ans when u ask for clean they will say we don't have owner se baat karo. All the food was stale and fungus was easily visible on food. Cannot describe what we felt after paying such a huge amount. Just look at photos attached.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so appalling I feel compelled to warn others. This property is in a shocking state—shabby, unhygienic, and completely neglected. Upon check-in with my wife and 6-year-old son, we were horrified to discover a severe spider and insect infestation in every room we tried. Massive spiders were crawling across the walls, ceilings, and curtains. It felt like something out of a horror movie. We requested to change rooms multiple times, hoping for a cleaner space, but each one was equally infested. My son was visibly shaken and terrified. We spent hours—until 1 AM, trying to find a room that felt remotely safe. When I raised this with the management, they casually offered to spray insecticide, admitting the resort has a known pest problem due to its jungle location. That’s not an excuse—it’s a failure in basic hospitality. I had to check out the next morning as we had a terrible night! I asked for a refund from the staff, including Sadaf and the GM, Anand. They flatly refused, citing policy, and instead offered a credit note valid only until August. As if we’d ever want to return. This place is not a resort, it’s a health hazard. Even budget hotels maintain better hygiene and guest care. Avoid at all costs.

WE CAME ON 16TH JUNE 2024 WITH FAMILY VERY POOR HOUSE KEEPING AND ROOM SERVICE. FOOD IS PATHETIC , VERY VERY POOR. EITHER INTERCOMS NOT WORKING OR NO ONE PICKS THE PHONES. GYM IS NOT OPERATIONAL. NO VALUE FOR MONEY. ZERO RATING . WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE.

Oyo would be better than this hotel.. the kind of attitude they carry is on the seventh sky.. as if they are running 5 star hotel.. Firstly they charged 2 extras beds amounts where in they placed one secondly they were asking my clients for unnecessary amount because that was being already paid,, then there was foul smell during the stay that they had to check out a day prior although they had two nights stay.. and audacity of a sales guy sadaf do whatever you want to do don’t call me & then reaching out to so called General Manager Anil said I can’t do anything don’t call me and disconnected the call.. the booking was done through a travel company they were being kind enough to atleast listen but believe you me they are fake attaching a photo of the bill so that they realise that a customer also has the right to make people about their reality .. we are not abla janta out here who can’t take a help of such medium to disclose what you guys do.. I think out of 5 star there should be option to write zero star so that one can judge how bad services they provide and ask money and then don’t refund.. never had such bad experience with any hotel.. Please take into consideration book this pathetic property at your own risk because they are not gonna help you out any point in time ..
