A must in Burgundy. A very comfortable, cozy hotel Service worthy of a palace (special mention to Patrick) Exceptional breakfast. The restaurant is worth a detour. Relatively reasonable prices for an establishment of this level. We will come back !

Perhaps I will be allowed a little less enthusiasm in my description of the hotel than of the (simply sumptuous) meal I had here. But as the breakfast was excellent, I gave it the maximum rating. Also, I slept very well, the bedding is quality, and there are very nice little touches, like the brioche and biscuits. Attentive, professional, precise service. Breakfast, therefore, very good. Very interesting pear juice. In addition to the great sweet classics, the pastries are buttered as if life depended on it. Some local products; rice pudding the right way. So there are also buts. First of all, the absence of those little extras that make up French luxury. Large houses - here we are in a Relais et Châteaux - generally offer a spa, even if sometimes small. Then, the rear terrace is gloomy, and deserves to be upgraded. Finally, for those who are interested, the TV is still very, very small.

Very nice establishment in Burgundy. Everything is perfect from the valet service and reception to departure. The staff is attentive. The breakfast is of high quality with very good pastries and accompaniments. The table with a three-star chef is particularly good. The attentive and professional sommelier will guide you to visit the exceptional wine estates of this region.

4-course tasting dinner was fantastic. The langoustine/asparagus starter melts in your mouth. Then the St-Pierre is a delight and finally the pigeon rosé is so tender. The chocolate dessert was unparalleled freshness. We let the sommelier guide us in the choice of wines.
