There should be a bedside light or a separate switch so that some lights can be turned on or off. Employees, when cleaning the front of the room, sometimes get hit by the floor and the door very often. Disturbing the guests' sleeping or resting time

The location is very good. Walked out of the hotel. Cross the road and you'll find the beach. You can play in the hotel pool. Or you can go to the beach. The staff are very cute. Polite and helpful in answering questions. In front of the beach you can find food at very affordable prices. All equipment and appliances in the hotel are complete. The water flow is very strong (stay on the 2nd floor).

Stayed here many times. This time a little disappointed, as shower was cold water only. But over all happy with this family Hotel. Ideal for many visitors, families may want to book a rear room, as may be a bit loud at night in front rooms. I will return.

There is a parking lot 200 meters from the accommodation and the accommodation is just a walk across the river to the sea. But the accommodation does not have a lift. The hotel exceeded all our expectations be it the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and the ambience. Located in the quieter side of Cha-am, the hotel is very clean and has ample parking space for its guests. The room is big with a balcony and the water pressure is good. The room has been kept clean throughout with its staff very attentive during cleaning. The breakfast though not buffet but a set menu, is ample is nice. The waiting staff is attentive having noticed that the coffee is not hot enough and the creamer was not dissolving well, he quickly helped to replaced both cups of coffee with apologies. Outside the hotel, there some roadside stalls as well as some shops where you can get good food as well. A 7-11 convenience store is nearby too. Do note that every Wednesday the roadside stalls will be closed. We’re so happy with our stay that we booked another stay during the coming Chinese New Year holidays.

This is the best front beach hotel for family and chilling out even hotel was so busy but still very nice to stay here. Bar beach very nice. Only one staff at bar but she is very nice. FB servers are so lovely and nice to help and suggest. Specially K.Pon (sorry i forget his name) Front desk were attractive to help us specifically K.It (bell boy) he is very active. K.Puy (GSA) is good to help us also. Breakfast was okay, food is good. but I would love to recommend to egg station. FB should have a order papers egg because we have to stand there and wait. Room was smell not good but it okay. Water smelly from start but after a while it better. HK were nice. Overall here is very nice. We will come back here again.

We had a super decent stay at the hotel. Thought it will be better to have more restaurants and spa facilities, the food quality was second to none. We had breakfast buffet and dinner at the restaurant, the breakfast had so many choices and the quality was great. For the dinner, the Italian dishes were excellent and out of our expectations. Highly recommend to have it a try. I would love and must come again for a longer stay. Their sky beachfront room were too good to be true.

Came to stay for the second time because I liked the quietness, soft pillows, big comfortable bed. But inside the room in Building A, 4th floor, Room 424, found cobwebs on the wall slightly above the TV. As for the first time staying at Beach Front B3, I accidentally found cobwebs in the bathroom, slightly above the mirror.
