A Hidden Gem by the Sea — Radisson Blu Hua Hin
A spontaneous getaway turned into one of our most memorable family escapes — and what a delightful surprise it was! Thanks to a generous discount from Trip.com, we found ourselves basking in the quiet luxury of Radisson Blu Hua Hin.
From the moment we stepped in, the experience exceeded expectations. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, but it’s the lobby that truly sets the tone — wide, airy, and whispering the ocean breeze right through its grand design.
The real magic begins where the shimmering pool melts into the endless blue of the ocean. Imagine greeting the sunrise from your own balcony, the first golden rays painting the horizon — a sight that stays with you long after checkout.
What touched us most was the warmth of the staff. Always smiling, always ready to help — they even went the extra mile when we requested halal options. Though the restaurant has limited halal dishes, the chef kindly prepared a special off-menu fish fry for us — and it was simply divine.
Late-night strolls along the private beach were a peaceful, secure experience, with the sound of waves your only companion. The breakfast buffet, though not vast, was carefully curated — a tasteful balance of oriental and Western flavours, with pleasant surprises like Indian parathas and delicate French pastries.
A couple of small wishes for improvement:
The room key cards seem to have aged along with the sea breeze; they worked half the time — a little upgrade would go a long way.
Expanding halal food options would truly elevate the experience for Muslim travellers — even a confirmation of halal chicken or beef would unlock a world of flavours.
All in all, a beautiful coastal retreat that offers comfort, elegance, and heartfelt hospitality. And yes — a big thanks to Trip.com for making this luxurious escape so wonderfully affordable!
The hotel boasts an excellent location with a clean beach. However, some aspects of the service, particularly cleanliness, need significant improvement. We discovered mold stains in the bathroom corners and noticeable dust, especially around the power outlets.
We also experienced considerable check-in delays. Despite the official check-in time being 3:00 PM, when we arrived at 4:30 PM, our room was still not ready. The staff tried to compensate by offering a gift voucher for the cafe. However, even ordering drinks there involved a long wait, making us finally get into our room closer to 5:30 PM. This was incredibly tiring and wasted a lot of our valuable time.
Furthermore, essential room amenities like towels and bath mats were missing from two of our rooms. We had to call reception twice and waited a considerable amount of time before they were finally delivered.
My experience with Veranda huahin was phenomenal!! Everything stated from staff, environment and the room are well organized.
As a family of 4, they were all impressed with the hotel so far. nothing to be improve yet
Also, the breakfast selection are also one of the checkpoint that we really impress the most. from Thai style dish to western plate, the taste also really good!
If we have a chance to re-visit huahin again. we will surely put veranda hotel on our top choice

Overall:
A beautiful, modern minimalist hotel that perfectly met my needs. Easy to access with convenient, flexible service.
Staff:
Excellent, incredibly kind, and friendly staff who were always ready to assist and offer helpful advice.
Facilities:
1000% amazing! Everything I needed was available. The bathtub was a highlight – the best I've experienced. However, the fitness center and swimming pool were a bit too small. Still LOVE it !!!
Location:
Right by the sea with beautiful sunrise views. You can walk to the beach (over some small rocks). Convenient by car from the main road, but not ideal for walking. There's a 7-Eleven nearby.
Cleanliness:
Based on my experience, 7/10.
Older hotel beautifully maintained with excellent dining. Loved the main pool. The beach front is very quiet. Turn left and walk North for a more lively beach scene. Attentive staff. Beautiful room. Will be back.
If you prefer a quiet resort and still enjoy Thai food + good massage…this is the place. Not crowded.
Friendly staffs and I’m impressed that some staffs speak very good English.
4 of us enjoyed the food in the resort so much that till now back in SG…we still think about it *better than the food we ate in Bangkok restaurants n I’m not even joking* I have got to mention here their PIZZA was so delish!!!
Only cons is travelling from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Vala Hua Hin takes 3 hours :(
I’m gonna miss this place *boo boo
Older but clean and well maintained hotel covering beach road to back road.
Old but sufficient, maintained gym equipments though threadmill arm section may need tightening to reduce noisy vibration during run.
Nice small pool but unfortunately located not at beach side though I did not use due to dermatitis.
Decent spread of buffet breakfast with 2 types of freshly cooked/on request cook fry eggs/pancake/french toast and omellette with chosen fillings.
Table cleared efficiently and cleaned regularly.
Staff both in reception and bkft friendly and warm.
I really liked the hotel. The room is spacious. The bathroom has everything you need. There is a capsule coffee machine (2 capsules a day for free). The child was delighted with the outdoor bathroom, for him it was almost a swimming pool. We were pleased with the portable speaker, we usually do not use them, but it was nice to turn on our music and lie in the bathroom. They clean well. The breakfast is weak, but there is a choice (we did not have enough hot options). Otherwise, vegetables, fruits, yogurt, several drinks, good juices, a coffee machine. Delicious kebabs on a stick. The territory is small, but cozy. We did not swim in the pool, the water was cold, as was the weather outside.
Thanks to the hotel for the plant, it safely survived the flight at 18:00 and got to our house.
A cost-effective seaside resort hotel, a sea view room for more than 200, stayed for more than 10 days, the swimming pool is the highlight, suitable for self-driving, a little distance from the downtown, the hotel can rent bicycles and motorcycles, the service is great, worth recommending

AAnonymous UserThe room was beautiful, with a sliding door that opened directly to the pool area, featuring a sun lounger on one side and a jacuzzi on the other. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, offering a wide array of Chinese, Thai, and Western options. It's an à la carte buffet where everything is freshly made to order. The portions for each dish are quite small, which is perfect as it allows you to try several different items. Breakfast is served until 10 AM. The beach is conveniently located just across a small road, and horse riding is available there. The hotel provides 5-6 complimentary parking spaces. My only minor issue was during booking: the system wouldn't allow me to reserve a room for two adults and one child (over 12 years old). Upon arrival, I had to pay an additional 900 Baht (excluding breakfast), but the staff were quick to convert the sofa into a bed and make it up for us. Overall, this is a truly ideal hotel for a relaxing vacation.
AAnonymous UserThe swimming pool is easy to check in. There are not many choices for the buffet breakfast, but the quality is acceptable. The most important thing is to have breakfast and enjoy the sea view.
Massage buy one get one free, the environment is acceptable, it is recommended to book in advance, because you will have two technicians in one room
GGuest UserI booked the hotel based on reviews. Expectations and reality matched 100%. The room is good, shampoo, shower gel, rubber flip-flops, huge towels for the pool and shower. The bed linen is snow-white, the pillows are soft, the blanket is huge. The staff is very attentive, efficient. They showed me a parking lot for the car, took my bag with my things, and carried them to the room themselves. The pool, jacuzzi, sunbathing area are all just super. The breakfast is quite good, there is enough of everything, the staff clears the tables in a timely manner, replenishes what has already been taken. We went for one night, and ended up staying for another day. I highly recommend it.
TTy TravelerThe location is perfect. Near the beach, restaurants, bars, etc. rooms are clean with working tv and fridge. Also the staff is really nice and helpful. Stay here!
สสาธิตIt's pretty good, but it's a shophouse. You have to go to the restaurant for breakfast, which gives you coupons. It's pretty good. The location is between many bars, so it might be a bit noisy. But the room isn't soundproof, so there's always noise from other rooms and foot traffic outside.
GGusevGood number, spacious and light. But, either we are so ”lucky” or so always - very loud music on the street until 12.30 night. This has spoiled the impression. If not loud music, the apartments are practically perfect.
YYunkyungMost of staffs are friendly and kind! It’s not so far from Bangkok , not crowded , calm , clean, there are few local meal available near the resort. If you want to enjoy a quiet and peaceful break, this is the place for you.
GGuest UserI like it very much. I got a room in the best view zone of the hotel. I saw the swimming pool and the sea through each other. The balcony of the room can walk into the pool. I like it, I booked for several nights.
YYongxin.LThe trip to Hua Hin opened a happy year for us in 2025, and it is the best destination to embrace the Thailand Sunshine Beach and seafood cuisine. The small villa has a large family to live in, satisfying the children's desire to return to the pool in winter, and the family's seafood BBQ in the evening is no more pleasant. Friends who like quiet can't miss this preferred accommodation for quiet in the middle of noisy. There are restaurants and coffee shops nearby. You can drive to Hua Hin Beach in more than 10 minutes. You will come back next time you come to Hua Hin.
