I had the misfortune of staying at this no * accommodation for 2 nights recently and I definitely do not recommend it to anyone…they say free WiFi but not in your room only around pool area…they say aircon but ours never worked properly, so the nights were very uncomfortable with temperatures in the 30s…when you complain it’s take it or leave…all very nice to your face before they’ve got your money after that no refund…that’s why they won’t let you see a room in person only photos on their computer…rooms not very clean and the first one they gave us was smelly like urine…that’s when I complained and all they would offer was another room and no refund…owner very rude and arrogant but she was always right and I didn’t know what I was talking about…I said I don’t live in these conditions and I don’t expect to have to pay too…still no reasoning so we took the other room offered…had to climb into an old bath tub to take a shower which had been painted on the inside with black paint, looked a right mess…normally 900฿ a night with breakfast but we got the promotion 750฿ and guess what no breakfast so not really a promotion…in all a crappie hotel which will never get any recommendations from me…you’ve been WARNED!!!
