SO/ Sofitel Hua Hin Reviews

Positive: -Design of the hotel is very nice and very picture friendly. -Many activities for kids , especially the pool. -food is nice even if a bit pricey. Negative: -hotel is isolated from the city of hua hin (40km) -room air conditioner is too powerful and can’t adjust the temperature -sound isolation is poor -tiny access to the sea

Good for family with kid, 3 swimming pools and fabulous breakfast. Nice big bathroom with great rain shower.

SO/ Hua Hin is a superb retreat with stunning rooms, exceptional service, and top-notch amenities. The infinity pool, private beach access, and exquisite dining options make it a perfect getaway. Highly recommended for a luxurious and memorable stay.

The location is at Cha-am which is around 30mins drive to the city center of Hua Hin where the famous night markets are located. However, the hotel ambience is great and the room is very clean. There a good amount of activities for the kids. The beach is smaller than we expected tho.

A fantastic place where almost every staff member shows excellence towards service and customer experience. Better than other equivalent priced places such as Space Pattaya or Centara Grand Pattaya, of course this is His Hin, yet pleasantly surprised by this stay. Rooms are modern, minimalist artisan, setup for sustainability with on demand amenities. The signature pool is great fun for kids and adults though probably just about two days. Kids love it and the neighboring kids splash dome(fountain). For a nice break and quick 2-day escape from Bangkok, this is certainly worth it, especially if you can book the non-weekend deals.

Check in was hassle free, able to purchase dining credits with bonus credits awarded (eg pay THB4k for THB5k credits). Very useful for people who intends to just stay in the resort for meals. Room is clean and has all necessities, however I did wish that the resort can provide children toothbrush and a stool in bathroom so kids can have an easier and more independent time when it comes to using the sink. Yoga mat, bathrobe, beach bag, iron, hairdryer, bedroom slippers all are provided in the room. There’s 4 pools in total, 1 is only for 16yo and above while the other 3 accepts children. Gym is small but serves its purpose. There’s a games room with carom, foosball table, pool table, mega jenga etc. kids club allows drop off of keys that are 4yo and above. Many activities to engage the child with free cotton candy and popsicle from 11am to 2pm daily. All the staff were very friendly and overall very family friendly!

It’s brilliant for the family with kids. At least 2 nights stay is recommended :)

This hotel is very good for family with children , there are many things to do for kids . Kids love the water play area and the big family pool . There is also nice garden area to ride scooters and bikes , Bascially all fun for children

I have stayed 2 nights with my family, the overall experience was good mostly because of the swimming pool’s facilities! The pools are excellent!! The breakfast buffet is just ok. Rooms are little bit old but very big, the washroom has bath tub was nice as my kid love bubble bath. Staffs are helpful and polite. My husband and I went to the Spa for a 90 minutes massage, Spa room was nice and the masseuses were skilful, however they just did 75 mins but not 90 mins. So that we decided not to go again on the next day.

Location is at Cha am but the hotel name is Sofitel Huahin????
