Rooms in the bungalos are in need of renovation, breakfast buffet is not international. Breakfast is no variety there, service please don't talk to me....always in a bad mood..! The pool is very nice and clean! Some of the pool loungers were broken, the lounger cushions were very worn.

2 minutes waking distance from the Cha Am Beach, we booked this property. Good value for money, i will say on par, not extra not less. Pool is good and maintained. We booked a villa , gives you private room, access to pool and private terrace to sit. overall good stay of 2 nights.

Nice stay at a beautiful resort. Opposite of the beach. All facilities very neat and clean. Breakfast is good but more focussed on Asian tourists (a lot of Thai go to Cha Am). Staff is very friendly but communication is a challenge. Beaches are ok but there are far better ones in Thailand

We had lunch here yesterday and it was very disappointing. We ordered drinks (no wine) and waited to order food. We ordered a noodle dish, a rice dish and some Pork Chops (Plenty of things were not available). We waited for the food. We ordered another drink, and waited. The first two dishes came but no sign of the Chops. We waited altogether for about an hour and there was no sign of them. So we asked for the bill, paid, and left (Just as the chops arrived) The two staff were very indifferent and should not really have a public facing job, The outside area was very dirty with lots of rubbish blown down from the trees strewn everywhere. Shame really as a good location and it looked decent.

Reservation and paid for 2 pax, with double bed Arrival...no room with double bed and only one pax. After procrastination obtaining a large bed but.... The sheets full of stains and hair. Holes and sewn up... I won't talk about the pathetic furniture...blurred bulbs...broken toilet bowl cover. A disastrous hotel
