10/10 for the helpful and efficient reception staffs and parking lot
10/10 for the location on the beach
7/10 for family room cleanliness ( spacious but the couch was very dusty and dirt got on our shirts) We didn’t know why all our shirts had grey dusts on the back and later we found out. Your maids have not been cleaning the corners of the room, dusting the chairs and couch and not cleaning near the base of the toilet so it left a smell. We cleaned it when we arrived.

Hotel was just next to the beach. We were given a family room and it looks like it's been newly renovated. Everything was clean and we spotted workers painting the facade of one of the blocks. Their service was good as well. Breakfast was nothing to shout about. The kids loved the pool and the bath tub. Parking was relatively easy too. Only thing was the mosquitos, but this can't be helped.

ทำเลดี มีเพียงถนนกั้น เดินถึงชายหาดได้ง่าย รอบข้างใกล้ 7/11 บริเวณโดยรอบมีร้านอาหารหลายร้าน
ห้องพักมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ
การทำความสะอาดยังไม่ดีเพียงพอ ตามชั้นวางของมีฝุ่นมาก โซฟาเต็มไปด้วยทรายทำให้ไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ อ่างอาบน้ำเต็มไปด้วยฝุ่น อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย รสใช้ได้

Отель неплохой, но пару моментов не понравилось. Сначала нам дали номер не тот, который мы заказывали. Он находился напротив технической комнаты, где что то очень громко шумело. И этот номер был не с видом на бассейн, а с видом на какие то крыши. Муж сходил и поменял номер. Во второй раз нам дали номер с видом на бассейн, все хорошо. Но, персонал не поднялся и не помог с вещами, и ключ пришлось сдавать от неправильного номера самим.
В новый номер они не поставили воду и не выдали дополнительные полотенца (мы были с детьми).
В холодильнике стояла обыкновенная вода (даже не минералка), и мы подумали что это бесплатно, как везде. Но нет, за нее нам сказали при выезде платить!!! Говорят что они предоставили нам бесплатную воду, но ее не было. Для подобного уровня отеля, стыдно было наводить разборки с постояльцами. Такие мелочи оставляют осадок и снижают рейтинг отеля.
