Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast have wide selections, the only concern is the hotel located in cba-am which is a bit distance from Hua hin center. The hotel did provide shuttles with charges but the departure timing might not be what u want.

The location is okay not far from hh center, the staff is good. But the hotel facilities is not that clean and new. Bf not many choice and the quality is just fine compare to avani bkk riverside quality is quite different.

Very nice and large swimming pool for chilling all day long! But relatively less varieties in breakfast buffet. Overall a nice one for vacation~

Amazing

Staff - everyone is lovely. There is always a car service to pick you up from your room. It was announced that the child would be celebrating his birthday. The school had prepared a cake and candles for him. Room - clean, has everything complete. The large room has room for children to play. There is a Jacuzzi tub big enough to soak the whole house. Swimming pool - large, clean, all towels attached to it said they couldn't wash it in time. Restaurant - 👎 Had to stand in front of the restaurant for 20 minutes to wait for a seat. Having stayed in many hotels, I have never had to wait in line for breakfast. This is the first place. The buffet line food is reasonable, not too wow. This is a normal Saturday and Sunday. You have to wait like this. If it's a long weekend, how much will it be? The hotel should improve this matter.
