It's reasonable for the price—actually quite cheap. Including breakfast, it's just 900 baht. If you stay somewhere else in a crowded area, the rooms are more expensive and the beach is much busier. I booked without breakfast and got it for 6xx baht. Super private beach—I was the only one standing there. Natural atmosphere surrounded by trees, very peaceful. Three types of swimming pools (probably great for families with kids). Soft bed, cold air conditioner and fridge. Retro-style furniture. Cons: Booked a single bed but got twin beds. Far from shops, so you need to bring everything in before dark. At night, there's a red light on the wall—kind of creepy.
