Posso finalmente dedicare il tempo dovuto a questa recensione. Siamo stati ospiti della struttura del Sig. Giuseppe per lo scorso ponte di Maggio, grazie a due cari amici che ci hanno fatto scoprire questa struttura diffusa straordinaria. Abbiamo alloggiato a Casa Olivo, in un piccolo ma dotatissimo cottage ristrutturato magnificamente. Ogni mattina ci facevano trovare pane fresco alla porta. Basterebbe questo a dire della cura per gli ospiti riservata in questo luogo incantevole ai fortunati avventori. Posizione eccellente in un contesto storico e rurale di assoluta preminenza, da questo luogo si arriva OVUNQUE nel ricco entroterra fatto di borghi storici e deliziosi scorci naturali. Io e mio marito ci siamo innamorati e torneremo senz'altro quando possibile. Mi scuso per la recensione tardiva ma volevo spendere parole vere dando loro il giusto tempo (e un'esperienza così toccante non si dimentica per qualche mese di distanza dalla recensione). Grazie di tutto. E' stato un privilegio alloggiare presso di voi.

Complimenti davvero per tutto, tre giorni con due bimbe e un cane, all’arrivo aperitivo con affettati, formaggi e una bottiglia di vino rosso, oltre a cestino per colazione con tutto e dico tutto il necessario compresa una torta fatta in casa. Appartamento mandorlo con posizione riservata con affaccio su uno splendido prato con tavolini e sdrai dove abbiamo fatto colazione. Staff gentilissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente!!

Siamo state in questo agriturismo l’ultimo week di agosto. La struttura è molto bella (un parco enorme con vista sulle colline) e l’appartamento pulitissimo e dotato veramente di tutto. Bella l’idea della possibilità di utilizzo della zona barbecue. Arianna è stata sempre disponibile e molto gentile. Purtroppo la piscina non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative in quanto entrambi i giorni è rimasta senza alcuna manutenzione (era piena di foglie e insetti sia in superficie che sul fondo e presentava una patina oleata). Vi era un’assenza di manutenzione; abbiamo infatti notato che nel week non viene fatto un giro della struttura per verificare eventuali necessità. Segnalando la domenica sera tramite messaggio tale circostanza, la mattina seguente siamo state informate che la manutenzione della piscina viene effettuata da una ditta esterna che opera su chiamata e comunque non nel fine settimana. Abbiamo dato questo nostro feedback ad Arianna la quale gentilmente ci ha spiegato quanto sopra. Il vero problema è stata la reazione di un’altro membro dello staff che è intervenuta in maniera meno educata e tutt’altro che cordiale. Avere una struttura vuol dire anche saper accogliere gli eventuali feedback negativi senza arrivare a discutere con il cliente. Mai più.
