Ensuite bathroom had a walk-in shower.The pump was noisy and didn't work. We had to ask for towels though we booked as a couple,only towels for one supplied.The pump failing meant that the ensuite floor was flooded. The sliding door to the ensuite closed and couldn't be opened.There was no response to the phone number given for an emergency. Eventually we woke the manager by trying to find a toilet to use. He sorted the problem by breaking the door lock. Next morning the bathroom floor was soaking and we had to ask again for more towels for the floor. We didn't have breakfast. The manager pretended not to speak English and spoke some very fast French.Later he spoke perfectly in English as he explained we couldn't get a refund. He also claimed that we had the last room available but didn't explain the relevance of this statement. The booking did not meet the standards in the booklet in the room and there was no emergency service available. There was no buffet breakfast. We requested a refund which he agreed to. We are less than hopeful that this will happen.

Week-end en famille, hôtel très calme, très propre, bon petit-déjeuner. Nous y venons au moins tous les ans avec plaisir. Réservation obligatoire. Petit hôtel sympa. Le problème se pose pour les repas le dimanche, car il y a très peu de restaurant ouvert.

Mauvaise expérience
Arrives a 17h, resa precise entre 16 et 18h sinon prevenir l hôtel), nous avons trouver un hôtel vide, personne à la reception... une sonnette "en cas d absence" sur le comptoir mais toujours personne. 2 couples attendent également sans comprendre... personne au telephone non plus... Enfin un receptionniste arrive.. ni bonjour, ni pardon pour l attente, j en fais la remarque : je me fais envoyer balader d une sorte de "c est bon je suis là "
la clef + la facture c est expedie (nb pdj trop cher ce sera sans). Pas de restaurant, pas d aide pour en trouver (juste un ecriteau : 10% partenariat) nous nous debrouillerons a trouver la chambre 15 non indiquee sur les signaletiques qui s arretent à 14... tentons l etage, ah oui c est par là...
La chambre est propre et spacieuse (pas les joints baignoire douche) une mauvaise odeur tenace, il faut ouvrir la fenetre (double fenetre, double vitrage parfait)
La tv n a pas canal +, ni autres chaines du genre : dommage, l acces wifi fonctionne
Là non plus pas d indication pour des activites autour de l hotel
Il fait rapidement chaud a 4 dans la chambre mais pas de clim, impossible d ouvrir la fenetre causes nuisances sonores, musique forte toute la nuit dehors (boite de nuit voisine ?) Nous l entendons encore sur le parking en quittant l hotel a 8h.
Nous etions venus pour nous rendre a une compétition sportive régulierement organisée à Thorigné, la prochaine fois nous logerons ailleurs

Très belle chambre spacieuse, confortable, bien décorées. Très calme. Le lit pour les enfants est très bien aussi. Prix intéressant sur internet. Seul Bémol n'avons pas pu prendre de petit déjeuner car celui ci ouvre qu'à 8h30 ce qui est tard.

Bel endroit au calme et dans la verdure en léger retrait d’un axe principal. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel très agréable et accueillant. Mais navrant qu’il soit nécessaire de passer par des sites de réservation pour avoir des tarifs un peu plus attractifs (2 chambres sur une même semaine (5 nuits) facturée avec 180€ d’écart, et la moins chère surclassée par rapport à la 2nde). Cela n’incite vraiment pas à réserver en direct, bien au contraire.

Accueil parfait, j'y étais en voyage professionnel assez régulièrement (environ 1 fois par mois). Les chambre sont propres et en bon état y compris la literie et le repas du soir varié et très bon. Je recommande pour un pierre a terre en cas de voyages pro sur Rennes
