This hotel is run down and needs serious investment. Main entrance overgrown and steps have no handrail or lighting. Rubbish deposits in garden. Kitchenette in room has no utensils. Socket outlets hanging from the wall. Notice in the room give details of Wi-Fi but there is no WiFi in the rooms. No information provided about services. There were a few staff but we had no idea what their jobs were. Much too expensive . Such a shame as the location is fabulous. Feel sorry for the staff.

This hotel was one of the best I've ever been to!! The staff and service was incredible. So lovely with great views. Definitely coming back soon!! It was perfect for a getaway with me and my boyfriend. The spa was so peaceful and after I felt so renewed.

We spent 6 days in Le ciel otel and hardly is there anything we disliked. The location, rooms, breakfast and service- everything was just perfect. There is a private beach, 5 min walk from the hotel which in fact, lacks sanitation, but this is the only little inconvenience to be mentioned. Thanks Ahmed and all others to literally read our demands from the lips and fulfilling them in no time. We had a very good time in Otel le ciel and looking forward to coming again.

Lovely setting on hill above the town with views over the harbour. Short walk into town for restaurants/bars and shopping. Room clean and comfortable. Stayed in room with separate bedroom and sofa bed in living area. Small kitchenette with fridge-freezer. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was Turkish style and good. Pool area with sun beds. Also free golf buggy shuttle to nearby private beach club - no beach as such but platform into the sea for swimming and sun beds on grassy area above. Small cafe there. Lovely views over to Greek island of Chios. Only slight negatives - Wi-Fi was difficult to connect to in the room and the hot water in the shower came and went.

Merhabalar bu otelin eski çalışaniyim üzülerek yazıyorum ki otel maaşımı ödeyemiyor 2 bayramdır alacaklarımi alamadım daha otele zaten gelen kaçıyor düzensizlik yalakalık insanların birbirleriyle uğraşması birde ben asansörde kalmıştım tam 50 dakika mağdur oldum asansörün ruhsatı olmadığını Allah korusun bir yaşlı ve hasta bir insan binse asansöre hayatından olacaklar. Böyle bir tesise yazık personelin maaşını ödeyemiyor cidden ama cidden insanları çalıştırıp hakkını yemek ne demektir ya size soruyorum mete isim
