Good place but the service is not in the same level The reception is always sad face doesnt help, no restaurant, you have to do all by yourself. I will visit it again if the staf and mentality changes. The apeal of the hotel is not that good for 4 star hotel

İlk defa otelinizde konakladım ve şahane bir hafta yaşattınız.Daha önce konakladığımız onlarca otelden bir tık üsteydi .Daha girişte vale ekibinden başlayarak Resepsiyon ve diğer tüm görevli ekip hizmet yarışı içindeydiler herkes çok güleryüzlü arkadaş gibi.Mutfak ürünleri her zaman çok taze ve lezizdi

Çocuklu Aileler asla gitmesin odalar leş gibi nevresimler lekeli banyoları çok pis yerde çorap vardı halılar kokuyordu cam açık uyumak zorunda kaldık bir tek kahvaltısı iyiydi başka da bir artısı yoktu banyoda su klozetin arkasında birikiyordu ve gider yoktu kapılar sürekli arıza veriyordu

ik heb in zoveel hotels gebleven maar dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt. Namelijk onze geld werd gestolen uit onze kamer door een personeel. En ik heb het niet over een kleine bedrag maar 500 euro en 2000 lira. uit camera beelden is het ook te zien dat het personeel had gestolen en wij hebben ook met meerdere personelen gepraat en zij zeiden dat hij al apart was en dat er vaker klachten over hem werden gemaakt. Uitendelijk hadden wij ook met de manager gepraat van wat kunt u nou voor ons betekenen want uiteindelijk is onze geld wel weg en hij was zo afschuwelijk zo uit de hoogte. Hij sprak ons op een vernederende manier aan net als dat wij aan het liegen waren over het gestolen geld enzovoort. Kortom ze hebben helemaal niks gedaan voor ons behalve discussie uitvoeren met de klant inplaats van de dief. Ik kom hier nooit maar dan ook nooit meer terug en ik raad deze plek niet eens aan mijn slechtste vijand aan.

Burda yazilan butun olumsuz yorumlar dogru, bir tane olumlu yorum dogru degil. Suan oyeldeyiz, giris yaptigimiz gun oda pisti, temizlensin dedim. 3 saat sonra odaya geri donduk hala pis. Klima calismiyor. Heryer bakimsiz. Fark odeyip deniz manzarali oda aldik, yola bakiyor, sesten uyuyamadik butun gece. Hem klima bozuk, hem cam acilmiyor. Tam bir facia. Neyse ki otelde cok durmuyoruz. Bir daha asla ama asla gelmem. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

tüm otel personeli dahil her şey mükemmeldi. Özellikle otel müdürü Sabahat Hanım ve çalışan arkadaşımız Onur Bey gerçekten çok ilgiliydi. Otel tertemiz aynı zamanda merkeze uzaklığı olarak idealdi. Alaçatı karmaşasından ve gürültüsünden uzak otel arayanlar için müthiş bir otel.

Ich habe das Hotel mit 5 Sternen bewertet, da ich mit allem sehr zufrieden war. Sei es die Sauberkeit, das Frühstücksangebot, die Lage und vor allem das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Zuerst muss ich ehrlich gesagt gestehen, das ich ziemlich misstrauisch war, weil hier einige nicht so gute Bewertungen zu lesen sind, aber wie gesagt, ich wurde zum positiven überrascht. Ich bedanke mich noch einmal, die für mich entgegen gebrachte Freundlichkeit und wünsche an all das Personal alles Gute
