This is a nicely located hotel, quiet area, friendly staff, 6 mins drive from town. Front of house well presented and kept clean, the pool/area is great, with great poolside service for food and drinks. Children friendly with play area and pool depth. Great breakfast selection and indoor/outdoor eating area. Parking is good, with enough but limited spaces, entrance not to clear upon first arrival. However, the bedrooms and en-suites are lacking maintenance, but tatty and worn. Duvets don’t fit the bed, dangerous bare electrics in the en-suite, no light In the shower, safe not working and some bedroom outlets loose and broken. Apart from the hotel rooms, the hotel is nice, average, slightly over prized but was available at short notice.

Just an average option during high season in Cesme. Price/performance ok but nothing fancy. They dont even change the shampoo at the bathroom although we asked twice, almost all half bottles. The water gets barely warm to take a hot shower. Rooms need maintenance etc..

In general : do not go to cesme in the season(or ever). You will be charged more than European level for a very bad service. This hotel is not at the beach. So if you want to have access to A beach you have to pay even a lot more to get another terrible hotel. Otherwise you can’t even get in to the beach clubs which has an entry fee of 20-30 euros because they are full. Unbelievable but true. So this was my first and last time in cesme. All over very bad experience. Just leave it to the rich Turkish people who likes to show off and even don’t care about the miserable quality of service and facilities for an irrational price. These people including this hotel don’t know the business. They just own or rent a place to make money using this mad situation in Cesme. Anyone can just open a place and make money there.

Good place but the service is not in the same level The reception is always sad face doesnt help, no restaurant, you have to do all by yourself. I will visit it again if the staf and mentality changes. The apeal of the hotel is not that good for 4 star hotel

İlk defa otelinizde konakladım ve şahane bir hafta yaşattınız.Daha önce konakladığımız onlarca otelden bir tık üsteydi .Daha girişte vale ekibinden başlayarak Resepsiyon ve diğer tüm görevli ekip hizmet yarışı içindeydiler herkes çok güleryüzlü arkadaş gibi.Mutfak ürünleri her zaman çok taze ve lezizdi

Çocuklu Aileler asla gitmesin odalar leş gibi nevresimler lekeli banyoları çok pis yerde çorap vardı halılar kokuyordu cam açık uyumak zorunda kaldık bir tek kahvaltısı iyiydi başka da bir artısı yoktu banyoda su klozetin arkasında birikiyordu ve gider yoktu kapılar sürekli arıza veriyordu
